Usually it is............however, on sale items, YOU have to pay the postage to return the item..............my bag arrived Wednesday (which I love and which I'm keeping!!) but the note inside said if DID want to return it, because it was in the sale, I would be responsible for the postage. HTH.

They have this in their terms and conditions

*Returns during sale periods are not free. You, the customer, are responsible for paying the postage for any returns during this period. This applies for the winter sale: December 24th 2010 - January 31st 2010

I assume they mean January 31st 2011 though

I'm still waiting for 2 Fiorelli bags - same company TLG Brands - and have just tried calling their Customer Services. It took ages for anyone to answer and the girl who did just said that the people who deal with the order queries weren't at their desks as they were probably down packing some orders. She had no idea when they'd be back!

In a way it's a good message - as they must have had some more stock in and so are fulfilling the orders - but not so great that no-one's available to answer the queries.

I orderd 2 bags on the 14th - one came on Wednesday. No sign of the other one. Waiting for the Rosie scoop bag in white. The other bag that came is the Rosie scoop bag in pink, very nice bag.
