The last of my bags arrived this morning I had ordered two for me and one for a friend, plus a couple of purses as gifts. These were all ordered at the same time but they have been delivered on three separate occasions. On Friday, when one bag and one purse came, I also had NIL against the final bag. Was going to ring them this morning to ask what NIL meant but then it turned up today. I'm guessing it just meant NIL as in not in that order.

I emailed Nica on Friday and they replied this morning, saying that they aim to have all orders dispatched today, so expect delivery between now and Thursday at the latest, and if you haven't received anything by Friday to contact them. I hope this helps someone!

I ordered on the 14th of this month and still
have not received any of the 2 bags I sent for
just had an email telling me they will be sending them
out today and should get it Friday, yet they took the money out of my account on the 15th

I am very sorry for the delay in your order.

We have had difficultly transferring stock into our warehouse, due to
unforeseen circumstances. We aim to have all orders dispatched today
therefore you can expect delivery between Today and Thursday.

If by Friday the 28th January you have still not received your order, please
contact us as there may be a problem that we are unaware of.
I would like to apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your
patience.

I haven't had my bags either, ordered on the 16th - just tried calling and it says to just leave a message? not even sure if it's the right number as there is no mention if Nica in the message?!!

Recieved my bag today and like the other post was not the same as i ordered the one i ordered had a nice charm on it. this has not got one dont really like it but not worth have to pay to send it back even though the bag is not like the one in the pic.
