Agree that is strange post has been today and still no white Rosie scoop! Seems like fobbing people off!

My Nemo bag arrived yesterday in a huge box! It had a few scuff marks on the back which is annoying as its a present for my mum but I really can't be bothered with the hassle of returning it incase they don't have any more!

ordered 2 sale bags & a full price purse with £10 off last sun.1 bag & purse arrived yesterday in nice box and they are both lovely! Other bag (Dee Dee across body) was marked with 'x nil' on del note. I rang cust service and nice lady said they were v busy etc and she would get someone to ring or email.....nothing yet:(

Mine arrive today and 2 are not the same as I ordered and one marked nil. The nemo bowling bag is not the same as he one on web - charm and shape diff and the rosie scoop had no charm. However got Betsey which is lovely and duchess across body for my teenage neice which she will love. Am going to have to return other 2.

For those of you thinking of returning your items, perhaps people here that didnt get what they wanted could buy them from you at cost? save you the return postage fees to Nica?

I, for one, am definitely on the lookout for a new purse.

O dear i ordered the nemo bowling bag in black have not recieved it yet i ordered last friday how different is it from the picture is the size the same?

I ordered my bad last sunday and i still have not received it. then this morning i have just had a message left to say that they have had a roof leak and a lot of the bags have been damged. Going to ring in a bit to find out what they can offer me.

Not a happy customer. Surely if i order this last week it should have already been posted. Not happy to find out a week later about this.
