Just recieved an e mail to say that they don't have anymore stocks of the Ida bag in black have been offered in another colour though I'm gutted they should of contacted people much sooner I think:eek:

I ordered Ida across body in black, but I haven't had an email yet. I ordered on 16th at 1pm ish. I've also ordered a nemo across body (large) an purple. I really hope I get that one!

I rang the customer service and they were great, I was offered the blue Ida grab bag instead of the black, but I really wanted a black bag and she offered me the Lola shoulder bag which was £25 in the sale which I loved [but thought it was bit too pricey still!!] for the same price as I paid for the Ida £12 ish I think I'm really chuffed and very impressed with their customer service very friendly helpfull contact them to see if they can sort something out if you have had a cancellation !!

Having been too occupied with the Boots sale I forgot I hadnt received my bag! Ordered it last Friday. I received a confirmation email straight away but I havent received anything since to say it is on its way. Just tried to ring customer services but think they are shut so left a message. Has anyone else been waiting for a while?

Barginmad - I haven't received mine yet either, but I ordered late Sunday night, so that might be why! I thought I'd wait until tomorrow to call, as that will be the fifth working day. I hope they come tomorrow! Reading about how some people have been sent emails telling them bags were out of stock, I've been getting worried, but I haven't received that email yet, so hopefully I'll be okay! *crosses fingers*

Mine arrived today, my first experience of a Nica bag and it's ummmm......... BIG! Much bigger than I expected (like double or triple the size I thought :eek:).

I got the Betsey scoop in black. It's a lovely bag but if I'm honest I don't think it's really me, due to the size. Are they ok about returns?

Don't return you'll have to pay the postage to return, you could probably sell on e bay to cover your costs or sell to someone on here who has had a cancellation xxx
