It probably means they are being ordered from the warehouse. I am still waiting for one bag. However, best thing to do is call them on: +44 (0)1252 533 561They are very helpful and efficient!

I imagine it's the same as the Fiorelli ones as they come from the same place. I had one out of 2 delivered today, phoned and they said a big delivery is coming today. You would get an email if anything was not coming, otherwise delivery in another day or 2.

I got mine yesterday and it is beautiful! I am so glad. I am even using it today!!

However, no sign of my other bag which I ordered on Sunday - probably will arrive tomorrow. They took out the money on Monday though.

I got my two purses that i ordered yesterday, they are lovely.

Just had an email to cancel one of the bags i am waiting on. Hopefully the other bag will come.

Do they send a dispatch email to say it is on way? When i ordered it did say delivery Wed but no bag yet not too worried just hope i get it.

Can they just refund my purse after taking te money? Surely they should give me another purse? Afterall they've completed the sale? Or is this wishful thinking?
