I can advise this group that after almost 2 years of when he ripped us off and after going to country court twice. [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM] has now been charged by the CPS with fraud.

He will be in court January 2015

If you have lost money Via him or Monster Mugs then contact Lancashire Constabulary to add your case to the list without delay.

His court date was Wednesday 14th of Jan. Does anyone happen to know the outcome of the case?
Can't seem to find any information on it at the moment!

My university society are very keen to find out what happens and have a bit of closure on this!

He is to stand Trail for Fraud - Date to be set depend on CPS and witness availability. If you have been ripped off by this man then make sure you contact Lancashire Police Tel: 01772 4159 29

got away with it. we got the sob story about his family life, illnesses etc, but the minute you posted anything negative about him, he threatened you - I removed posts from this thread due to him being very unpleasant. It was funny how he could not reply to emails but the minute you posted on here, he was instantly on the attack. We got a refund from him after a huge amount of effort, and it took six months.
