    You should not let him bully you. He will not take legal action against you, he just says he will. He has more CCj's than you can shake a stick at, including a new one from me! Chase him through the courts, I am and others are too.

    We too have been ripped off by Focus Branding / Monster Branding. The sad thing was that this was for goods being donated to raise money as a non-profitable charity event

    Despite our efforts no goods, no refund

    He does reply if you threaten to go and visit him otherwise nothing and even then just the usual empty promises
    We have just reported them to the police before anyone else gets caught out. As we are a Ltd company using CCJs is just throwing more money away with zero results.

    Not sure we can do much more, value approx. £400

    I am sorry but I do not know what you mean by 'spamming the board' - I am not a professional forum blogger or whatever they are called.How can replying to messages be spamming??

    CCJ won, warrant issued but no address to issue the warrant.

    So more money wasted.
