Thanks ,have checked them and deffo haven't received the one with the T and C questionaire, just the registration confirm, application confirm and the reminder. I have emailed them . Hope they get back intime for me to do the test.

Hi all - I am a new rater and am trawling through lots of information on the site. I started today and it was a bit hit and miss with regards to the counting and timing. I have now downloaded the counting application - thanks it looks really good.
Q. I have received an email about this weeks bonus - but it is not clear whether the maximum number of hours can be exceeded in order to do well or how many hours beyond the maximum is allowed. My head is spinning with info overload at the moment. Can anyone help with this query please? I am trying hard here not to breach the NDA, but please let me know if you think I am!!!

I cant get the LB task control software to run? It tells me i have to have something else installed before it will run.

Has Anybody else had this problem?

I am currently mannually jotting down all of my task times, but definately need a more efficiant way.

I have my first star rating of 3 stars, no idea how that happened!! was very pleased with myself!!

No more rating for me tonight, i only have 2 types available and they will make my head spin right now! :rotfl:

Been doing this 3 weeks now and got my first rating today - 3 stars! So relieved. I was so worried I would be out within a week or two as at the beginning I seemed to be getting so many unresolved tasks back.

My main worry now is doing the minimum 10 hours. I haven't achieved it any of the 3 weeks i've been doing it. The first two though i was away each weekend so booked this as leave but last week i was technically available the whole week but was short of 10 hours and it wasn't due to lack of tasks but lack of my own time with working full-time and trying to do this too.

Anyone know what they do if you donm't do 10 hours minimum - do they give you a warning to increase? Or what happens?

You need to login to do it - with the details you used when you applied.

got 3 stars again. and also without any feedbacks again. 3-3 is my way during two months. I want to improve my quality but don't know how. Some people in other forums who got 4 or 5 stars usually says 1) do not rate too quickly or too slowly 2) increase productivity 3) meet the GG standard 4) do all of tutorials, exams, or learning materials in the rater portal. Anyone has the other advices?
I quit one of my jobs to focus on this job. Usually I didn't meet the productivity level(actually mine was 60~70%) and the minimum time(sometimes I did few hours in a week). But fortunately still 3 stars. So next month I'll do this job more and do whatever needed to increase quality. I'll let you know if I find something useful. Good luck to everyone!
