Anyone else having trouble accessing the portal today?
    Just keeps saying server busy.

Yes haven't been able to get on all day. I emailed them about it. Managed to get on to the rating page though through the link they sent in the first email.

I did not have any problems yesterday but, ever since early this morning today I have been getting that same message, "Server is too busy." Ugggg... very frustrating! Is anyone else still having problems today?

I had it most of yesterday and just tried to log in to get a few hours today and still not loading. I've bookmarked the Rating Home page so just getting on and hopefully it will be back up tomorrow.

On the portal it does say you are timed from acquire to submit, however, you acquire a set and submit just one at a time. I have sometimes logged off in the middle of a set after submitting one type. Is it ok to log off in the middle of a set?

Argh I short changed myself by about 20 minutes on my timesheet! I can't get onto the Portal to get an email address to contact them on!

It's fine to leave a "set" midway - you just need to record your actual spent working and the number of tasks you submit. (Each time you hit "submit" is one task!)

  • Hey everyone, just a quickie, when you leave a set midtask do you tend to 'release' it? Or simply log off and it will be gone if you leave it for a while? I release normally but just got me thinking whats the best way to do it! Thanks!

My understanding is that you should only "release" a task if you feel you are unable to answer it or you feel someone else would be in a better position to do so.

If you want to leave a set of tasks in the middle, just close the page after your last submit. When you come back, it will tell you that you have one "xxxxx" task in your queue which will then "complete" the set. Hope that makes sense!

Can't believe I've been doing this for a full 3 weeks now
Think it's going well though :).
