O2 were offering the highest cash price for an Iphone 4S so I went through their online process and I was offered the option of a courier collecting my phone. They collected it the next day and the following day I received a text message and email to say payment would be made in full and it was in the bank before 5pm that day.
On the strength of this my boss asked me to send 2 more on his behalf. When I went through the process they were no longer offering the courier service so I called them and they informed me it was something they were trialing so it was only randomly offered so I opted for the post pack instead (Friday). This was received on Monday but it was recommended that high value phones be sent by Special Delivery so it was posted the following day (Tuesday) and 1st thing Friday morning he received a text telling him full payment would be made.
All phones were in excellent condition and they obviously agreed. I can't fault the service from O2 recycle.:wave:0 -
I can't fault them. Sent a 4th Iphone 4S to them (for a friend) yesterday by their own courier service. They offered £101.00 and I have just received an email to say they will actually be paying £123.50 by sameday BACS.:wave:0

Sent my phone in excellent condition and unlocked, but they offered me a reduced price with no reason given. Despite contacting them prior to the deadline requesting clarification for the reduced offer, they ignored my email and processed the deal anyway without my consent. When I finally got a response out of them they said my phone was still locked, however I checked it myself prior to sending it. I smell a rat.
Update: After a lot of additional hassle I did get the full amount, but only after providing evidence of the phone having been unlocked. The extra payment, although agreed to be paid did not come through when promised and I had to remind them about that as well.0 -
