The interview went well. I was just myself. By the time the interview came I wanted it over and done with so just relaxed. There were internal candidates and I think they are more likely to get it. No matter what; I learned a lot and it was great experience.
Mr P sent his CV to another agency. It will be New Year before he meets with any prospective employers.

Well, I did not get the job. I'm not that surprised considering I did not hear from them this week. I'm not as disappointed as I thought I would be. But I will try again.
Mr P had his last day in work this week. He's quite excited about going out on his own. He's even got his first client. Let's hope it continues like this.
We have visitors for the next 4 days. Today we took them on a brisk walk in some local hills. It was beautiful.
On Friday we were out again, watched a one man show and Christmas carols - wonderful.
On the money front I have been paid. I tried to balance the books but they are not balancing. An investigation is in order.
I've decided to make my god-daughter an Xmas present rather than spending a lot of money on Dup10. In January I bought Mr P some slippers in the sales for this Xmas, put them in a drawer I do not open, forgot about them and amazingly found them yesterday. Woohoo.
We're off to the supermarket at midnight. Wish us luck.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120

Hi everyone, I hope you had a good Xmas.
We had 2 visitors for 5 days but they have gone now, phew. I really don't know how some of you have lodgers.
My BIL did not offer once to help cook or clean-up afterwards so I made him cook for us. Thankfully his gf did help so she can come back again. I like people to feel at home so they make a drink when they want one rather than waiting to be waited on, as I'm on holiday also, but not to the point they leave damp towels on my furniture or eat the last of my Christmas chocolate.
We went to my sisters for Christmas day, but they decided to cook their own food Xmas meal at our house. At the supermarket I thought they would get their own trolley; instead they put £42 worth of food and other bits into our trolley and we ended up paying for it all. BiL is too generous with gifts, when I wish he was not, so I'll just have to think that we paid for part of my own gift.
On Boxing Day I opened the oven to see a pool of fat from their meal on the bottom; so I had to clean the oven. He moaned when I asked him to wash the roasting dish he used saying I had stopped him (us) from buying a disposable one. He did not clean it; his gf did.
I told Mr P that I wanted them to have their key and to come and go as they pleased and, so for my sanity, we could have some time away from them especially as it was my fertile time of the month. They did not go anywhere without us.
Enough moaning.
Yesterday I went for some fertility blood tests. Hopefully they will provide some answers as to why I'm not getting pregnant. We also went shopping, I took some sales clothes back and bought a few gifts in the B00ts sale that I'll give as presents throughout the year and I bought myself 2 bottles of perfume.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120
