Got my acknowledgement letter from the court on Saturday - Clode intend to defend all my claim.

I cant wait to see on what basis LOL. Actually, what I think is going to happen is that by aknowledging the claim they buy themselves 28 days to sort it out. Still, knowing deadten that wont happen. Kinda makes me wish I had taken this course of action much earlier however

@Essex - did you get your mac code then? When did that happen. I want mine regardless of the mess we find ourselves in - surely they cannot deny me that? Do you think its an idea to ask for it?
I didn't have to get a MAC code as they marvellous guys at Redten just cancelled my account. so cleared my line of any tag, According to Clode this was at my request which was exactly right, shame they both ignored the line "without financial penalty" as the request to cancel was sent to both Clode and Redten

Do you have to use the home hub as the firewall? To be honest I just want the phone as it looks really smart, I know I am a gadget hussy.
I didn't go for the phone based hub as my line is provided by TalkTalk and I get all calls including international ones included in my monthly payment, having another line didn't interest me.

Did they now? I wish they would mine. I have requested that SO many times!!

Same as my MAC code really. Only requested it about 7 or 8 times now and still dont have it. Reluctant to ask Clode for it again as they are unlikely to respond bearing in mind the court action.. gah.

I think they thought that by cutting off my Internet that I wouldn't be able to keep the Deadten site running. Fools. I'm a lot more resourceful than that.

I agree, with a computer engineer for a son, I am well aware of "bots"

You should remove your email address from your post that I was refering to.. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=11025813&postcount=5062 or at least make it far less SPAM friendly

Has anyone else tried to use their MAC to move to O2? I have just tried and the O2 site says it is an invalid MAC and they normally start with BBIP or FTIP, mine starts with LYLC. Anybody any ideas? Do O2 use a different connection to BT standard? Should I just say I don't have a MAC for the O2 setup? If anyone else has successfulyl signed up to O2 I would appreciate your help. Many thanks.
