Rang clode today asked to speak to louise was told she was busy and she would call me back in 20 mins.... 10 mins. passed phone rang low and behold it was louise with my mac code:beer: ....:j I was told the codes are being emailed out tonight, not sure as to the criteria as I was one of the wimps who bailed

Funnily enough, when I asked whether I could speak to Nick Davies, they said "I'll just see if he's available - Who's calling?"

Just got my MAC, thank god for that, must remember to use up all of my unlimited limit as I go.
Will keep checking the forum to see how the court cases go, but they won't be going as fast as I am.

I will be using my mac code numbers in my lottery numbers this week ...even if I win nothing, it will still feel like I have won the lottery:D ....sorry to people that have not recieved codes..ie. people with BALLS, if it sounds like we are gloating I appolagise for the mass. but we are so happy to be rid of redtwat circus!!!.....keep up the fight dudes.....its people like you's that made britian GREAT :T0

Thanks for sharing your good news, on getting a MAC code, I have just sent off my latest daily request to all and sundry, with a little extra at the start, as Clode are now issuing MACs there is no reason to not give them to all who ask for one. My daily request is attached, it will be interesting to see if Mr Davies replies.

Please accept my apologies for the late submission of my daily request for a Mac code, I understand from the MSE forum, that you are actually capable of supplying them now, and indeed are doing so for those people who have given you some money. As such, I can only assume that you are holding the rest of us to ransom, which I as I understand it, is a further transgression of the law.
If this is not the case, could you please advise me why you can supply MAC codes to some people (who have paid you for them) and not to others, who have merely had the temerity to want to move to a new ISP who can provide them with the service that you obviously can not. Our agreements above are a different matter to the issue of a MAC code which you have no right to deprive me of.
It is now 30 clear working days since you signed for my recorded delivery letter concerning the breach of our contract, in that letter I asked for you to terminate our contract and to supply me with a MAC code. As you are aware you are obliged by law to provide a MAC code within 5 working days of receiving a request, having already spoken to OFCOM 9/04/08 and I have been advised to inform them if no MAC code has been received. I have duly informed them of the situation today and shall continue to do so on a daily basis should this be necessary.

I have also spoken with NJP services who have advised me that you are capable of generating the said MAC code yourselves, and I have also advised Clode Retail Finance of this further breach of legal requirements.
I await your very early reply to any one (or more) of the following:
