We have speed restricted your account in case you are not aware of the cost implications of this to you and we would like you to give us a call at your convenience so we can discuss some different options with you. Just got a copy from the courts that Clode have Acknowledged the court papers, signed for by Nick Davies.0
-
I Just spoke to clode (again) who say they are having problems getting our MAC codes from Redten, the guy did say we will stay connected up to the point the code is provided - 13 working days and counting.
Anyone waiting for a MAC code should keep the pressure on.0 -
@essex - what does the acknowledgement actually say then? Just that they have received the papers? The acknowledged mine on Wednesday so expect to get a copy soon.
@nickem - i am SO glad i didnt pay the !!!!!!s off now as I would have been in no better position. Are Ofcom actually bothered about people flaunting their own regulations?0 -

They have ticked the Option
"I intend to defend all of this claim"
The other options were
I intend to defend part of this claim
or
I intend to contest jurisdiction.0 -
heh, they intend to defend it do they? I would be interested in seeing their defence.
"Its not our fault, contact Redten" would probably sum it up.0 -
-
The acknowledgement doesn't mean much at all. Most of the time it's used to buy time to consider whether or not to mount a defence.0
