Did you put anything in writing to them ?

At the minute, I've had nothing from Clode about the DD, and I didn't write to them. I'm hoping that they've already accepted that as I've sued them when things were going "well", that just letting me slip away quietly to another supplier is the least painful course.
I do wonder if the small group of 30 or so people who weren't shipped accross to NJP, were people who were known to Red Ten to be ones who would either complain to OFCOM, or take legal action?0 -

Gave Clode there final chance and they blew it, spoke to Consumer Direct and they agreed only way was to take them to court so issued court papers this morning.
Going for the outstanding balance on my account as of 10th March, when they originally breached the contract, plus my costs in calls etc. totals £537.72
Lets see what they come back with now.

They have until the end of the week to accept my counter offer which I have made them.
I am one of the unfortunate original customers so my settlement figure is about £150 give or take. I have made a counter offer which takes into account my time and effort and cost of calls etc. to try and resovle this.
If I dont get a reply then I shall take them to court too. Im not wasting any more of my time on it.0 -
my ex father in law was one who has never heard a word from any one and never got changed over and he has never moaned about nothing its nothing to do with what you said at all hes living proof he cancelled his direct debit went to tiscali had marker on line and then tiscali sorted it for him and hes happily surfing away with them and still never had a word from clode njp or redten !!!!
It's all a bit mad then. When did he become a customer? Could it be the very first customers get away scott free? (I joined in November 2006)0 -
