Guys,
Im thinking if we only use this forum that the amount of users will get lost in the volume of comments. What about this as a way to show the volume of customers affected: Have set up an online petition for people to sign to show they are effected (essex hope you dont mind have shoved your link on their).
Have just set it up quickly so if anyone has any better wording or thinks it is a bad idea/hurtful to the cause then give me a shout...just want a quick and painless way to visualise the strengh we have.
Comments welcome

they already know how many people are affected by this so called resolved situation, they just seem to be hoping some of us give up. i think they underestimate us0 -

OK, change of wording how many have not given up and are still trying to get the service they paid for.
Like I say Im testing the water to see if this is worth having...Good Idea/Bad idea?
I personally would be interested to see if the volume is higher than the xx amount that have been posting regularly and maybe its a way to get Watchdog etc to take up the fight0
