They should give out macs

Cancel finance agreement

Allow users to keep Pc's FREE

Send cheques for costs incurred by users!

or give us mac keep connection till transferred to another provider free of charge

take back pc at their expense and supply media to back up data from hard disk free of charge

refund all moneys been paid to clode + 44.99 connection charges

and include payment for breach of privacy for handing over details to njp without prior arrangement or agreement

and also pay any phone / mail / and any hardship money caused by this

and i cant say that asking that is not fair !!!
