Something else which winds me up about all this is that I set up seperate email accounts, one for the Mrs and one for the kid. They just got deleted without warning. I appreciate I can set them up again now, but thats hardly the point is it?

Cheers Redten. thanks a buncheroony.

Hi jaypee638

I have just taken your advice and lo and behold down came two automated responses to tell me it was an acknowledgement of an email I sent via the automated contact point on the 30.3.2008 and a reply would be sent to my account and to log in there, meanwhile would I like to sign up for their £5 for signing up a friend to broad band with free telephone calls to the friends I persuade to sign up.

As there had been no mail at all in my account previous to this, first place I checked after the 19.3.2008 as one would ( never used the redten mail as migrated my old email address ) I eagerly logged on to the site and lo! not accessable --come back in 24 hours.!!!!!!!!

Says it all really

F.

I just tried the same thing out of curiousity but using the new 'Fetcher' in GMail as I have NEVER used the RT provided email account, apart from having a quick on a couple of occasions.
It pulled back the same message as you got.
I have no idea what their response was as I can't access the 'panel'
Nice.......errr Not!!
:j Free at last :j

maybe there only allowed to spend 5mins a day on this thing and thats why only a very small percentage get a response from all the listed email addresses and such.

nick.davies@cloderetailfinance.com - MD of clode

Morning All,

First off all I would to thank everyone on the site for all the advice they have posted, I've sent all the letters and emails just waiting to see if any replies turn up.

Does anyone know if March rabbit managed to get his broadband back on line yet? I too had the same problem when I got home from work yesterday, my route is not receiving any broadband signal.

The only thing I changed recently was the login password for my account details on the Fast4 members area, is it possible this could effect my broadband signal as the route isn't receiving one.

Cadguy

Now that is a suprise, I lost my signal 0n 26/3/08 at 1608 hours and it came back on 03/04/08 at 1607 hours exactly 1 week to the minute????????????
new money saving measure take so many people offline on a rotational basis?????
most probably way off the mark but food for thought, it certainly beggers the question.
