i for one thank you for all you are doing phoenix on this matter i for one am no longer making anymore phone calls to anyone as ive gone way over my limit i can afford to bt i am one of those unlucky people who are on very low income as i have a dissabillity and am on such bennefits and have a car to keep afloat too at my expense i choose to not eat some days as to afford my bills and not ever fall behind (including the redten bill). the internet for me is as much of life as breathing i cant do all others can or go where others can so the net is where its at most of my time for me why didnt they just cut my legs off or my arms even better so i didnt need this access im paying for enough said and thanks again

i had to make the point of me not spending any more money on phone or that as my mot due on my car 1st april money i had put by for that is now gonna have to pay bt bill and go towards recorded delivers i have sent and will send i no longer will put myself in more financial jepordy for these loosers!!!

I have similar info. I wouldnt worry about that figure / these details; they appear to be default settings inserted by n p j services ltd. Redten are using their off the shelf ISP package.

Will spend the pm consttructing the letters to now exercise my consumer and contractual rights.
Might also look at the new harassment laws into the bargain as they are now bullying and harassing to get me to relinqiush my rights.

Clause 12.12 of the Redten Communications Ltd. contract states:

12.12 Should we increase the Charges or make any Contract

Its a good point - thanks for posting it. Personally I believe redten will claim their new t and c supercede the old ones (they dont) and clode will claim their contract concerned only the purchase of broadband and a PC (it doesn't) Both will ignore the fact there are alot of laws in this country which supercede any agreement with a consumer.
