New owners came over today to see him and decided straight away that they wanted him. They were really lovely people so I then took him over to theirs a little while later and when it was time to say goodbye I started crying in their house. I have not stopped since, 5 hours of solid crying. I want him back. I really want him back.

Aww...bless you. See this is what they do though. They break down those walls and get in, then you struggle without them. I'm so sorry you are upset. But you need to remember you were always doing what was best for him and not what was best for you necessarily.

You have been an angel and I hope you feel better knowing you have done things for him that a lot of people wouldn't. He's going to be happy, safe and probably spoilt rotten. What more could the little mite ask for? **hugs**

I am still very jealous though I might add.

Yes, been told I can visit. They are about 30 miles away so not a problem. Will not go for a while yet as I would not want to upset him. Received a text off the lady last night and he was looking and crying for me :(

Flat feels so quiet and empty this morning.

Its amazing how he managed to break my heart after only 6 weeks! Have tears in my eyes now. Don't know what to do with myslef! Ill get over it though as he will definately be better off where he is now than with me. I could give the love, shelter and food but not the exersize and mental stimulation that he needed.....

Thanks to everyone for their advice.
