sw - I think your buddy needs to stop biting the hand that feeds them, otherwise they will not find any sort of solace in life. That's my final words on the matter.
What a cold morning, I splashed some warm water on the car door lock to get in and then the door froze while I was in the car and I couldn't get out again..... "merde"
My dd sent me a present yesterday of a doggie cookie jar and cookies. It was a lovely surprise. I actually thought I was picking up a dress that I have bought on ebay for my night out next week. When the guy in the sorting office rattled it I thought "that's not a dress" and it was treats for my boy! The dress arrived later so we are off to pick that up in a mo. It was only £7 but it is a per una from M&S so I hope it is OK - I don't really want to buy anything new.
What a cheapskate...
One more day at work and then the weekend. I am actually beginning to hate going in, my mind is playing those silly tricks that make a problem bigger than it really is. Luckily I have an appt with my pyschologist next week - he will bring things back into perspective, like always. Marvellous man... don't know what I would have done without him over the last couple of years. Yes I do, sink without trace.
Anyway, everyone have a good day and will be back later with more tales of woe, I expect.

SA, don`t let the !!!!!!s get to you easier said than done I know. I have been around for a while now and whilst I have not written a diary I do like to hear of other peoples experiences. I nearly quit from here a couple of months ago after being accused of something that I did not do, but I thought better of it as I know there are a lot of genuine and honest people on here, yourself included. Please stay around and keep us up to date with whatever life brings your way.:) As for being a troll :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think the same as you about work. I am not happy with some elements but focus on the good bits and try to enjoy everyday. I keep out of the troublemakers way at work she doesn't pick on me now she has probably got some other victims now. I focus on other things like MSE and walking to and from work to push it out of my mind. And it works hooray.

I do think everything will be ok. People are fragile. Everyone is nice i am sure it will be sorted.

I am soooo cold it is bright here down south but blooming cold.

I just wanted to say thank you for your words of encouragement to me - I have plucked up the courage and started my own diary too as you suggested. I think I need to do this to keep myself going when the going will get tough.

It really is true in that sharing a problem certainly makes it seem smaller, I don't know about halving it though.

sw - all is cool, I am just staying away. I got the message loud and clear. A bit cryptic, but you know what I mean.

What a difference a day makes. I was wished a sweet "Good Morning" when I got into work, big smiles and a very helpful attitude from "you know who" and then I realised why..... the HR manager was in the office to do some interviews - how transparent some people are. She must think I was born yesterday :rotfl: I bet she is back to normal on Monday. No doubt she was cacking herself in case she got spoken to. So funny.

The IR have replied within 4 days of me sending the incorrect tax codings back to them and have put them right. Hopefully that will be the end of it and my pay will be back to normal. I am owed 4 hours from last week so that will be a bit extra next week.
I am bidding for a fridge freezer on the Comet site and it is very exciting. I am like a kid at Christmas. The auction doesn't finish until tomorrow afternoon and so I have got ages to battle it out But I am determined to get one in the next few days so I have got a Watch list ready.

We have just had the Yorkshire Air Ambulance circling over our area but I don't think it has landed so I am not sure what that was about. We often have police helicopters up above looking for cannabis farms, they have heat detectors on board that detect the heating systems that are used for the plants. Amazing! There are lots of old farm buildings around and about and apparently they have found one or two.

The weekend is here, hooray, I hope the sun keeps shining - the sunsets are truly lovely at the moment. A bit warmer though, please... a bit too chilly for me.

Cannabis farms. Wow. How exciting. Just like on the tv progs. It is silent on my street. I must live in the quietest street it is lovely.

Glad IR have sorted it. So awful when that happens to your wages. At least it can't happen anymore.

I have the whole weekend off. Yay, i am going to tidy, unpack and then am going out to visit Andy and Steve on 3dogs' thread on Sunday. Hooray. Good luck in the auction. Isn't it great when things fall into place? Slowly, slowly my life is beginning to turn out ok and I am happy. First time in ages i feel safe and chilled. Hooray.:D:D:D

Ps agree it is freezing. Heating is on but fingers going to sleep. Might do some housework to keep warm.

That sounds like a great weekend lined up.
A neighbour tells me that it is "those Eastern Europeans" who are seting up these pot farms but they get blamed for everything in my town from running brothels to human trafficking! To be perfectly honest most of them seem to be working in fairly menial jobs like hotel housekeeping or the local mushroom farm....lol
I too have had a pretty awful last few years and it is so nice when the tide finally turns and things start going your way instead of piling up against you all the time. I am happy with a little bit in my purse, money to pay the bills and somewhere cosy to put my feet up at the end of the day. I don't need no fancy men or fancy cars any more!
I am not going to be here much tonight. There is a Robert deNiro film on at 6pm and I think I will settle down and watch that. Making the most of my Sky Movies while I have still got the lot. Dreading July when the freebie ends.

I have the medium package on virgin and no posh movie channels. Dont have time for tv except as i am going to bed. I like Criminal Intent, SVU, Criminal Minds, Agatha Christie anything like that. Love America's next top model. It makes me laugh all these really pretty girls being told they are ugly by really dreadful judges that should know better. blimey what would they say about me? Still it is funny as it is ridiculous.
