Just found it in the magazine. 2 days a week are milk days. They can be consecutive days or not. On milk days you are only allowed 2pints of semiskimmed milk or equivalent in yoghurt or cottage cheese, at least 2 pints of water or other low cal drink, 1 portion of fruit, 4 portions of vegetables, 1 combined multivitamin and mineral tablet. On the other days you can have what you want, about 1800 Cals a day.

wow that sounds really good,i do like milk aswell.will see how this works for me and if there is not much improvement then i will try the milk diet.lots of people i know have used the same App and lost, one lost a stone the other 8lb.im only 27 myself so think its easier at our age to lose the weight quicker.

Hoping my arms clear up soon, there a little sore and sting when warm water is on them

    Hope you're right!
  • Good afternoon everyone - may I join? I'm an MSE user but can be best described as a forum lurker but have now decided to show myself but your patience while I get to grips would be much appreciated.

I'm (sorry, WE, ha ha) are getting wed on 3rd August. After much too-ing and fro-ing we have decided to email our wedding invites. I will design them myself and then we can email the invite and accompanying details as PDF's. We are having 150 guests and even designing and printing myself would have cost £300-£400 - i think this is VERY MSE but H2B worries people may think of us as cheapskates. I say let 'em but he does worry so!

Does anyone else know of / has received a wedding invitation emailed before? I think is very 21st century, very easy and very green but I dont think it would suit everyone. (Dont worry, the few oldies are getting theirs posted)

    Thoughts?

(Apols if have missed this in any previous threads)

Just to say, I think it's a good idea. We sent our save the dates as email PDFs etc. The only thing I would suggest is that some people may actually want to keep a paper one, so while for the majority it should be fine, some people may want keepsakes.... I'm thinking mainly of parents etc.
    Hth.

  • Ah, thanks johannalf88 - I'm going to recommend they print them anyway for their reference (particularly the additional info, they are a page long!) so I reckon that they can always print them out on nice ivory card if they want to keep them! Maybe I'll print a few out for the family.

Good idea re email STD. I facebooked mine and emailed everyone who isnt on FB. How very 21st century (and just a teensy bit lazy)

i think it's a good idea as long as you know everyone checks their emails. I do also agree that parents may want a keep sake.
Married the man of my dreams - 10th September 2012, St Paul's Bay Lindos :jIt was amazing.

Well I wasn't going to do them, but got tired of the questions.... N then I certainly wasn't going to pay for them! Let alone postage!
    :T
  • Yeah - the checking-of-email is a problem but I know there are a couple of programmes you can send them through that will register if they have been read. Costs money though. Of course!
