Fingers crossed you can get the day off - or like you said work from home and take an early/late lunch break
We're giving notice in August - lol you'd think the date would be etched on my brain but alas it's not... lol but only because my dress-shopping day is coming first (30th July) and that is the date I'm counting down to!!
(PS Everyone - I've had 5 days eating sensibly and more importantly exercising again - hurrah!! Lets see if this time it can last longer than a fortnight! Fed up of losing the same pounds over and over!)0 -

Well done you! I have been being good too, and I've lost 3lb this week! I'm glad about that, because usually I eat really healthily, go the the gym etc then don't lose anything and get fed up and eat chocolate... seeing a bit of success should hopefully spur me on for next week now!

:T that is a great loss Mel!! Yep hope it helps spur you on!!
(I've just done 30 mins of an exercise DVD - am now going to go and have a slice of bread - no marge/butter!)

I'm having a pukka pie for dinner
:o:o with cauliflower and brocolli though, not chips!
Well done on the exercise, which one did you do? I have a couple, OH often jokes that they will go rusty if I'm not careful! Cheeky sod!

Heh heh I have quite a collection too. Tonight I did an old (erm about 2-3 years old) clubby music one (Called Clubland Work It Out - starring Deanne Berry), I did the boxercise type one.
I'm impressed you're not having chips with your pie!
I'm having: Chicken, mushrooms garlic and dried oregano fried in a little bit of the new flora cuisine (the stuff Vernon Kay and his mum advertise), served with roasted cherry tomatoes, and steamed cabbage, carrots, sprouts, and green beans. Yum!

Hello
Hope everyone is good.
Not really done anything wedding related but I have emailed the dj that was at my friends wedding yesterday to find out about costs, and another dj has replied to an email I sent so hopefully that may be booked in a week or so.
And we are almost 100% sure we are going for the turkey honeymoon, hopefully we may be able to book that next weekend!!:j0 -

wahooo i have my laptop back so can finally start back on with things!
ages ago i ordered some crystal stems to go in my bouquet and never recieved them i got sick of asking where they will be so i opened a ebay case and a few days later she replied saying she had family issues and was really sorry if i wanted a refund i could have one but if i didnt mind waiting a little longer she would make me 2 crystal button holes colour of my choice.. so figured id wait and if i dont like them ill still get my stems lol..
picked up a collection of white silk roses and ribbon which someone give me in reply to my freecycle add
hope you are all wellx

Natalie- I know what you mean, im going to get to the stage soon where there really isnt anything left for me to research/ book!!
Ive had a reply from one dj, he would do 5 hours for £170 which I thought was very good, and i think the one my friend had was £180 so ill speak to them both and see who is more likely to do exactly what we want- an mix of 80s, motown, power ballards, a bit of indie, and a few other random songs, but NO cheese dance routine songs (apart from Grease and I may sneak dirty dancing in!!:rotfl:) and also this may sound selfish but we dont want guests to be able to request songs!!
:T at your laptop being fixed, welcome back!! Oh and that sounds a good deal from the lady, and good news on the bits from free ads.0
