  • I wish I only had 4, I've been far too relaxed about the whole thing! I realise now how annoying I am when I don't send back rsvp's

I'm currently chasing up menu choices at the same time should have done a set menu for all would have been much easier x

Well done all all your ordering Stokiebecks - that's lots done!:T

Verytryingmummy - your pics look fab. Pre-wedding holiday eh? I like your style!

I've said before it's the simple little things that cause so much hassle. Tried to buy a map today for our table plan. Thelocal bookshop is shutting down and has a sale on maps, but are out of the one I want. Off to a specialist map store tomorrow!

Our PDA place cards have arrived (thanks for the suggestion smithkinson). There are really nice quality, but I'm not sure if the aubergine colour is too browny purple, rather than pinky or bluey purple. *tells self all purples look good together, that's why I chose pink and purple*

Off to post cheques to photographer and chair cover chap, then have to chase florist for table centre designs.

VTM- we have our own private group on facebook where you can post pics etc and no one else can see them- would you like details soyou can join? Your hair and make up look fab

Michelle- love your hair and make aswell.

Ive given up with rsvps- we have all the day ones back and i cant be bothered to chase the evening ones!

I chased my dressmaker again, when I spoke with her last week she was going to do it last weekend, well she still hasnt finished it!! She said she would call me over the weekend as it will be done by then!! It better be!! She did say she was working on it and it was on her lap and it weighed a tonne- which is does so im hoping she really is doing it at the moment!! I still need to get it cleaned, and Im running out of weekends so i may have to finish early one day next week, collect it and take it straight to be cleaned!!

Oh, how annoying for you PinkPrincess! I hope it's ready soon.

With ten days left in the month, my June to-do list is down to 17 items. Back to the making, buying and arranging!

People have no idea on the stress they cause us! Slow DM's, cancelling florists and friends that don't think an RSVP is important. Hmmmm, their not paying the food per head that i have them accounted for so when they don't show i still have to pay for the full 90 people catered for.

This is the link for the favor stickers i got from eBay:

Pleased to hear the dress fitting went well Wanchai - All your hard work and effort is paying off. I wish i had half of your enthusiasm. I am a size 16 and feel i will be forever :o

Michelle - i'll get on fb later and check your pics. Pleased your visit went well.

Natalie - I can sympathise with your work atmosphere. We are undergoing a major shake up/merger/academy thing at the moment and every one is down and grumpy and friends have lost there jobs and its all sad. So instead of trying to be bright and grateful i have a job, i find myself feeling sorry for myself and then i stuff my face with fat food that fills me right up, bloats me and then i feel guilt!

verytryingmummy & michelle your pics are great.

babyboots - did you order the different purples as a sample or did you just order all of your cards in aubergine? I'm sure it will look fine. we have a mix of different purples as I'd have gone crazy making everything the exact same shade. I hope you get your map too!

pinkprincess - hope your dressmaker pulls their finger out!

futurecooper - love those stickers. I'm tempted to get some! you must all stop posting such tempting links haha

my kids favour bags arrived today and they are amazing! I love them!! I did the design myself so I was a bit worried how they would come out. So glad that DD will have one (actually two) of her own so I don't have to give them all away :D will pop a pic up on Facebook as they have names on.

OOH and I've paid for the ceremony today too. I've printed out the reading and music list and just need to make a CD tonight then take it all in tomorrow with our certificates :j:j

Hey ladies hope you are all well today.

Postie bought me some nice Jergens moisturisers this morning from a competition so they will be good for the skin before the wedding :)

Am going to take photos now of all my wedding bits as have decided I want reminders of it all. It's the little bits and pieces that most people won't take photos of so be nice to have reminders. Is that sad? :rotfl:

The postman, well actually courier delivered me some more cracked frames!! Im not impressed with Debenhams!!

Ok well regards to photos oh has decided to have his step dad in the majority, and then we will have one with both of us and our real dads. Oh and photographer has confirmed the price for the extra time, its only costing us an £95 for double the time and double the number of photos, very pleased with that.

I checked my budget and what we still have to pay and compared it to how much will be in out account, and I think we will be left with £4!! :rotfl: Although this includes paying out for deposits that we will get back as long as things arent damaged. (ie chair covers, cake stand and the venue).

Well Ive been fairly good all week foodwise, but think it will go out the window from tomorrow until Monday as Im taking cakes into work, have hen do number one one Saturday and plan on stuffing my face with birthday cake Sunday!!:rotfl:

    Todays food:
    Cocopops with semi skimmed milk
    banana, apple and yoghurt drink
    Salad
    shapers salted popcorn
jacket potato, beans, cheese (whoops) and smoked sausage.

Well done MrsDrink and PinkPrincess on sticking to the healthy eating. I've done pretty well today too - in readiness for a hen weekend of eating and drinking! I think the dress fitting tomorrow afternoon will put me off eating too much for lunch too!
