Babyboots- I totally know how you feel about the hen do and friends dropping out. Im currently trying not to have a strop at a certain friend who is not replying to another friends text about my hen do! Im meant to be seeing this friend this week, but part of me doesnt want to because I currently feel like her taxi driver not her friend!!:mad: I will youtube that song later, good luck with your dance lessons.

Well my sister has decided she is going for the headband I got her. She has a bob and I think it will look really nice with a bit of height and this headband. So thats another decision sorted. Oh and I got her to try the white wine I got as im clueless with wine, and she said it was nice, quite dry but drinkable, so thats good news aswell!

Well oh and I did say we may go for a really cheesy first dance song, I proper romantic one just isnt us, so it will either be something cheesy or we may decide not to have one!!

Ive been hassled a few times about gifts. My step nan insisted so is going to give us some money so we can have a nice day trip or something on honeymoon, and another guest kept asking aswell so I think they will give us currency aswell. Its difficult though because we just want people to share our day with us and enjoy themselves, but then I feel really ungrateful saying 'we dont want anything', so I think we are just going to be going on loads of day trips and having loads of spa treatments on honeymoon!!:rotfl:

We went to see MIB 3 the other day, I was pleasantly surprised - the guy who plays young Tommy Lee Jones is incredibly - it could actually be him!

Oh dear BB - thats a bit rubbish that everyone is dropping out At least it will be a more intimate do, you can have a fab time with your besties? What are you planning to do?

I'm not bothering with a hen do I don't think, unless anyone has arranged me a surprise one lol, doubt it! I can't afford to spend the £100-odd quid I would normally spend on a night out, and I don't have many free weekends left anyway!

Yay for choosing a first dance though, I love the Beatles! We are not having a dance - point blank refusal on my part haha!

I have paid the florist
Sorted out cnetrepieces
Sorted out a basket and petals for DD(mum is walking down with her throwing the petals
Got DD dress and shoes(MIL is making a hair band)
Got BM's new flat shoes as BM now has a metal plate in her knee!
Got my underwear

umm Think thats it!

This week
Ring the registar to book an appointment and pay
Sort children's goody bags
Start filling favour bags

Sounds like a good list achieved Laura!! And I'm the same - I'm now at the stage where I just want it to be here.

So this is my list of things to do in June:
* Finish dining room
* Finish stairs/landing
* Finish downstairs toilet
* Tidy up kitchen
* Finish transplanting grass (& turf the remainder)
* Sort out the new patio
* Practice hair and make up
* Cook sausages for party
* Take Car in for MOT fix
* Collect wedding dress and deposit at my mum's
* Let pub know food order for works hen meal
* Get MrD to cut the cake stand bits
* Take ring to be Rhodium plated
