You CAN do it Mel!! I'm kinda following PMcK in a way - in that I'm eating what I want to eat - just in moderation. My unofficial sneaky peek this morning showed I'm actually 12lbs lower than I was at Easter. so it definitely works.
I have cut up the 2nd cheesecakeSome of them aren't so good with the base sticking but I think there is enough that are passible to put at the front of the cake stand for a good photo.
They aren't the standard I would expect if I'd bought them - they have that rough edged home made look about them - but I am very pleased with them. They will taste amazing and that is the important thing
Going to make the third one in a minute so it can set over night. Then the last one tomorrow morning. The first lot have frozen so they are ready to be transported to more freezer-space friendly food bags. But I'm worried about breaking any of the delicate bases further. Really what I should have done is made 5 of them and then I would have leeway for some going wrong. But then I'd only end up eating the spoilt ones now and I'm still watching what I eat

They look lovely (and that's a very generous portion). If you're worried you could make a fifth, freeze it and just thaw enough pieces to make up for any that don't survive being frozen, you'd then have extras of wedding cheesecake to dip into the freezer for the next several months (probably not helping the temptation, am I?)

Natalie- love the latest dress thats a keeper, and very mse. And youll be able to wear it again loads.
Mel- sounds as though it went ok the the dress maker, and you can lose the 8lb, thats a lb a week which is doable- you can do it!!
Mel- :j at having to buy some new bits. I recently got some new work trousers, they were still a size 12 which my others were but these are obviously a smaller size 12 as they fit perfectly whereas the others were looking scruffy and baggy!!:D
I keep thinking its Sunday today!!
I did just think to myself I could go upstairs and print of the table numbers, but then remembered we havent decided if we are having numbers or not, may make oh make a decision this weekend so I can make a start with that.0 -

Well Im currently doing a list of as many different photos as possible that I can use for my photo game. I will then allocate the children various photos according to difficulty rating and who knows who and then I will write them up and make them look all pretty. :j I have something wedding related to do this weekend!!0

Whats everyone up to today?? We have a street party but Im not sure how long we will adventure outside for yet!!
Well Ive just got a fab bargain!! I just got myself a pair of flipflops and 2 pairs of lovely sandals for £20!! The sandals are both real leather aswell, and were £35 reduced to £16 then 60% off that, and they are really nice (the only ones I really liked on the site!!)!! (emailed my sister and shes ordered some aswell!!), so thats a couple more bits for honeymoon sorted!!:D0 -
Fab bargains!! And yaaaaaaaay at having something weddingy to do!!
Well my plans for today are to finish making the cheesecakes. I've been through the ones in the freezer and condensed them so they aren't taking up the whole freezer.I will take a piccie of them all tomorrow when the final batch is frozen. Next job catering wise is to cook 60 sausages and refreeze them. Ha!! DIY-wise the jobs today are to sand everything down.

I now just need to get a few pairs of shorts and some vest tops and Ill be pretty much sorted for honeymoon!! (well I may get a few more dresses if I see any bargains!!:D)
I showed oh some of my list and he was pleased that Im going to include things that involve the best man etc, so he isnt constantly being pestered!! (like one photo was going to be the grooms socks, but now a couple of kids will be asked that then a few the best man socks and a few the FOB socks!!) Im going to use some of the left over cards I had for the invites and then pretty them up so they match the rest of the other stationery!!0
