This is a link to my finished button bouquet for those not on Facebook.

I am having a wedding day! Made a further 6 evening invites for h2b 's golf buddies and now I'm sticking 42 inserts into the place cards. Then I'll glue 42 buttons, 1 for each front and carefully cut out the name stickers I've made. Might not get all this done today as I'm finding hard to concentrate. My Bestest gets married tomorrow and I'm soooo excited!!!!

Love those sandals Emma - I love rocket dog. I had (have - because even though they are knackered I really can't bear to part from them) a pair of boots that were kinda like Uggs with a heel, and lace up. So super comfy!!

What photos have you got listed so far Emma? Need any inspiration?

Well I have just made our last cheesecake Just need to cut it up into individual pieces tonight when it's set. So pleased with them. Cannot wait for people to eat them. (Fingers crossed they all like it - but to be honest I don't care if they don't cause I do!! hahahaaa). They are a very light cheesecake, it's got the usual cheesecake mixture, but it has whipped double cream and whipped egg whites folded in so it's very light and fluffy. I heart cheesecakes hahaaaa!

Natalie- I love rocket dogs, I used to have a pair of black flat shoes, loved them so much I got a second identical pair!! If people havent seen it on the grabbit board there is 60% off all shoes this weekend, the code is on the rocket dog front page.

Im amazed that oh agreed to buy me mine for my birthday!! He usually moans I have too many pairs of shoes!!

Mel1 - Paul McKenna's rules are: eat when your hungry, eat only what you fancy not what you think you should, eat consciously any enjoy every mouthful and stop when you even think your full.

Simple rules but harder than you think to stop when full!!!

Place cards done all but the buttons and each guests menu choice. Haven't got them printed yet.

I've had a text from my bestest to say she's got butterflies and can't sit down and relax. I can't imagine what it's going to be like the day before the wedding.

Wow Mel that sounds hard - I really struggle with willpower especially if what I'm eating is really tasty! I end up forcing it down even if I end up feeling sick afterwards

I expect them to be 4 large gobful 'bite' sized pieces :rotfl:

* eat when your hungry, - this is a nightmare - because when I'm hungry MrD isn't. (Although you could question whether I'm really hungry or just bored).
* eat only what you fancy not what you think you should - this has been the main focus of my 'diet' since Easter.
*eat consciously any enjoy every mouthful and stop when you even think your full - I try to eat mindfully but I must admit I am a 'sit in front of the TV and finish my plate' kinda gal - BUT I don't unmindfully snack so that is a good thing. I do take my 1 chocolate to bed and mindfully savour it in the evening. I don't stop when I'm full, I must admit I do love the 'I'm so bloated' feeling.
Ha I have a long way to go don't I?! (I do love the CD that comes with the book though).

Melanie- What youve put about Paul Mckenna so makes sense, and I read it and think, 'yep I see what he is saying', but Im terrible at only eating when Im hungry and stopping when I full!!

Well, Ive been sat out in the sun with oh in our street, its been sunny and dry, and luckily I ran upstairs and put a strapless top on as I have got the sun!! Im a bit concerned Ive done my usual trick and Stirling Moss'ed myself, but Ill have to see how it is int he morning- I did put suncream on my face but it did look like there was mark- I wear large WAG sunglasses aswell!!:rotfl:
