Hi everyone, well I didn't get through to the second day of the interview but I'm not too disappointed because I wasn't really feeling the place anyway - and in the class I had to teach the behaviour was AWFUL  They wouldn't do anything they were told, I had to send one of them out of the classroom after 3 warnings (I warned her the first time, wrote name on the board the second time, ticked it the 3rd then sent her outside - after the lesson got told off because I hadn't followed their behaviour policy! Well excuuuuse me for not knowing it, being there for the first time that day, and also for thinking that in an observed interview lesson I might not need it!!!) They couldn't follow the simplest of instructions ("you are wearing a coloured name tag - go and sit at the desk that has the same colour paper as your tag" - it was like I'd asked them to build a rocket to the moon!) and one girl gave me the dirtiest look when I asked her to spit her chewing gum in the bin!! And if thats in an observed lesson, I dread to think what they are like normally! Lol so as you can probably tell I'm glad they didn't shortlist me for tomorrow!

We are still waiting for lot of RSVPs (grrrr - how hard it is to check your diary and send a quick text, that's all we asked for!) but I have ordered some bags for favours and we are going to buy the sweets at the weekend. Oh think I might have mentioned buying the euros for holiday? Can't think of anything else!

Just got back from the gym as well - I've got a busy schedule this week - done combat tonight and tomorrow, zumba on Thursday, combat on Friday and Saturday! At the last weigh in though I was 12 stone 1 - hoping to break into the 11's at the next weigh in lol!

    xx

Just back from a nice long walk and a good gossip, ahhh bliss! :D I'm going to the gym before work in the morning, best to just get it out of the way methinks - plus it'll give me energy for the day. :) I'll have to remember to WI before I go lol. Pleeease let me have lost some weight! I saw a friend in the street earlier and she remarked that I look slimmer - I could have whooped for joy!!!

Eek Mel, that lesson sounds horrid!!! Wow @ your gym schedule, you are doing so well! Here's to you breaking the 12-stone barrier soon xxxx

I went to bed early, couldn't sleep at first so had a little browse on MSE on my phone. Turned off the light about 11.20pm. I'm still awake. I cannot drop off, no matter what. I could cry with anger and frustration. :(:(:(

Do you know what's causing you not to sleep Wanchai? Unfortunately I'm the complete opposite at the moment with all the crap that's going on at work. (The wedding/DIY stress is a nice distraction). I am so lethargic and drained that I could sleep all day if I was allowed to. In fact I came home yesterday checked my emails and went straight to bed for an hours nap before yoga!!

Oh Wanchai, you poor thing! I hate when that happens. The more you think about the fact that you can't sleep, the more you worry and it makes it worse - and then you realise that you have been lying awake for hours and then you worry about how tired you will be at work the next day and then you still can't sleep...Aaarrgh! It's horrible. Hopefully you will get a good sleep tonight.

When I got home from work I had 4 RSVPs! Yay! 3 couples and 1 single so that's 7 guests so far :rotfl:. We've also had 3 gifts bought from our honeymoon gift list so that's nice too. We made it clear that all we wanted was for people to be there to share our day, but if they did want to get us a gift then a contribution to the honeymoon would be best as we already have a home full of everything we need. I didn't want people to feel obligated to get us something, but I equally didn't want people worrying about what to get and everyone I spoke to said they would prefer if we had a gift list to make it easier for them to get us something that we need / want.

I'm finally off to hand in our notice forms to the registrar today. We were allowed to do it at the beginning of this month but it has been a nightmare getting OH to fill his in. in the end I just did it for him and he signed it.:rotfl:

I'm also just about to order ties for the boys - they didn't have any turquoise-ish blue ties to hire in the kilt shop!?!?!? I would have thought that would have been a popular colour, but ho hum - I'll just have to buy them. I know it's only a small detail, but I really want them to match with the girls dresses.

Good luck with all the exercising and DIYing and weddingy stuff today ladies! :)

Thanks for the concern girls :A I eventually dropped off at about 4:30am, am EXHAUSTED today. No way could I go to the gym, I'm going to go at lunchtime but will probably just do weights as I am too knackered for cardio!!

Dinner with OH and FMIL this evening... hope I don't fall asleep in the starter! :rotfl:

Rachel - WOO HOO for your RSVPs!!!!!!! It's so exciting getting them, I love it :D And well done on your other wedding stuff, it's all stepping up a gear now lol.

Oh yes, I had my WI today - 9st 12lbs!!! :D OK, doesn't seem like much, but I had a sneaky WI the day after coming back from my hen do, and I was 10st 1lb, so I've actually lost 3lbs in 8 days! Whoop! :j If I can do that every week I'll be thrilled! :rotfl:
