    Wanchai- where are you??

I reckon her hens tied her to a lamppost and that's where she still is!!

MrsDrink - your BBQ stockpile sounds awesome (not least because I'm sitting here with a rumbly tummy while fiance is roasting potatoes...m) - I'm sure that's plenty.

Sliaqui - very impressed with your negotiating tactics - well done on getting the freebies thrown in! 20lb weight loss in 4 months is awesome too - well done on all your hardwork!:T
smithkinson - like PinkPrincess said - maybe your dressmaker can sew bra cups into the front of your dress, then you don't have to worry about the back. I have known others do this. (my sister's dm took this as a request to pad the whole front from waist to bust with wadding though, flattening all her curves - disaster!)
Nothing very weddingy happening here. Loads of money to pay in the next fortnight though (photographer, honeymoon, hair & make up, chair covers..) does everyone else have loads to pay exactly 2 months before the big day?

    LOL!

Thanks for all the congratulations on the weight loss :) Everyone one here seems to have really stepped it up though, being good and going gym etc! I think I may have undone some of my hard work though - just got back from the all you can eat chinese :D (and I did... :o feeling a bit sick now!) Gym tomorrow!

All of my stuff seems to be 1 month before - I have loads of things that were due on the 21st June. I have been paying bits off as I've gone along though so actually the only things left to pay are the food/venue and the DJ.

    xx

    Hey everyone!

Im shattered! I was good and as my plans changed I went for a swim. And im going to go to the gym tomorrow, and im debating a half day on Friday so ill go then if I do have one.

Mel, youve done so well you deserve the chinese.

Alot of my payments are one month before, i think I may start paying them off soon though.

Melanie- if i have a bag I will leave it in the car.

    Hi folks,

I'll try to catch up on everything but so far I see that we are chatting about what to do with clutch bags - we have a room in the venue where we can dump our stuff and only we will have a key to it so if you ask they might have somewhere that you can use.

There's also been some chat about undies - I bought an ultimo set from BHS, but also noticed there's an apparently fantastic new 'ultimate' strapless bra from Wonderbra and it is on offer on ASOS so I might see what they are like

Emma - bet you can't wait to see your other half! Bless!

Nat - I would be in food heaven at your BBQ! :rotfl:

Wanchai's shoes look gorgeous! Hope her hen was good - where is she?

Mel - Well done on the weight loss and the negotiations with the venue! :T

I think that is pretty much everything - sorry if I have missed something out!

    An update from me -

    I have bought my shoes!

I have also bought this dress for my flower girl - we'll she if she likes it...

I have bought a back up if she doesn't, but it isn't available online so I can't post a link.

I have done most of my full day invitations and they are in my bag ready to post out. I am really happy with them! I'll try to post a link tonight :)

I have a date for my next dress fitting :j 19th May! Can't wait!

We booked our honeymoon - and I booked in my married name:j
Need to get my passport sorted now...

Uuummmm - I can't think what else, but I have had a very productive few days! Oh and we also got a letter from the venue to say that we should come in soon for our planning meeting. It's all go now! Can't believe how fast it is coming round!

Wow - that was a long post :rotfl:

Lovecake - You have done loads! well done and i love the shoes and flowergirl dress.
Emma - how many sleeps left?
SKS - I have an image of you in your dress with a huge baby changing bag on your shoulder!

I seem to work in fits and starts on wedding stuff at the mo. I have posted out all the evening invites now. We have received a NO from a day couple. Her baby will be 5 months and she doesn't want to leave him and because we have said no children (other than H2B's nieces who are only coming for the meal) they have declined. I got a bit grumpy about it as it felt like a personal rejection to our day. :( We have to have a strict minimum of 40 people in the day so i have to bump somebody up from the evening list but i can't choose!!

Cake news - Waitrose don't do sample cakes and they are much more expensive than M&S so no taste testing will be required. Its M&S or I make rice krispie cakes :rotfl:

Bag news - Thanks for the bag suggestions, i'm going to ask if i can leave it the room at the register office and give my best friend instructions to pick it up for me whilst we are signing the register or having photos done.

Sssshhh . . . Day 3 of being back on the slimming tank
