Well, it sounds as if they have planted a seed of doubt in your mind! Did they just say that the jewellery was *very* blingy and you thought that they meant that it was too blingy?

p.s. I'm hypersensitive about my wedding too xx

Ha - no it was my mum who first put the shadow of doubt in my mind over my shoes - back when I first tried on my dress. :rotfl:
I don't care what they think to the jewellery to be honest :D I love it and will be wearing it.
Some more 3mm AB diamantes should arrive tomorrow so I can up-bling my shoes to see if they are even better.
A small part of me thinks sod it I'm wearing them - I love them who cares. People will say how great I look regardless of whether I wear a bin bag just because it'll be my wedding day and I'll be radiant. But then the other part of me doesn't want my shoes to stand out like a sore thumb (which they wouldn't) and be the talking point when people look at my photos (see another reason to not have a photographer hahahaaaa).

    *sigh*

Nope :) tea length - will sit around 13in off the floor.
God it it was full length I would be buying the most outrageous irregular choice shoes I could find! :rotfl:
This is why it's giving me such a headache!
  • Well I got a couple of cheap fitness dvds today, one is the 30 day shred (I think) and the other one has a few different 10 min work outs- so I think even if I aim to do one a day, thats 10 mins less sat on my bottom!! If I find some energy after dinner I may do one! (well in a few hours)!

Natalie- I wouldnt worry about your shoes until you have your dress. Fingers crossed they will go though. I thought your dress was going to be in the shop in Feb (is that someone else?).

Well my dress is booked in with my friend to be taken up on the 28th April, that will be 3 months exactly till the wedding!

Wanchai- I will let you know, I never usually get spots, I dont have loads but more than normal- I think I need chocolate!!:rotfl::rotfl:

Yep that was me :) But its not :(

Had an email from my mum - she's studied all my piccies and she thinks on reflection the rainbow club shoes are probably best... so I have decided if the diamantes that come tomorrow don't go right then I will order (and keep) the rainbow club shoes.
  • Have you ordered the rainbow shoes before and sent them back? Ive lost track a bit!

    My food today:
Half a bowl of porridge with 1% milk
    2 clementines
Boots shapers tikka flatbread, shpers onion rings
    some baby plum tomatoes
Dinner was a gammon steak, new pots and salad
    An orange club

Ha - yes I did :) And they were nice - just love my silver shoes - but I agree with my mum - I am not sure they are the right look - I think if I was sure I wouldn't be toing and froing. When they have the dress in - I will reorder them and take them to check they are the right shade.
It's funny cause I KNOW the jewellery will go.

It has been years since I've had gammon - MrD doesn't really like it.

    My food:
    B - same old
    L - homemade cockaleekie soup
    S - yoghurt
T - beef stew with dry roasted veggies
S - 1 hotel chocolat choccie (:( Only got 4 more night's left in this box - will have to get some kitkats in until the next box arrives).
E - 30 mins of Davina Top Fit. (And I've gone and hurt my pec muscle! Calves are a bit sore from yesterday's exercise!)
  • My oh never used to eat gammon but he does now although he will only eat unsmoked steaks (he wont eat slices from a gammon joint!!).

Ive just done 20 mins of exercise! it has 5 blocks of 10 mins exercise that concentrates on leg, tum and bum and you get a big stretchy band to use, I hope it will help, I could do this on the nights I dont go to the gym!:D

I was very good tonight- me and the oh nearly ate out again, but decided against it in the end, and Im glad we did as my dinner was tasty.

Natalie- FIngers crossed your dress will be very soon and the shoe dilemma will be sorted!:D

    L: protein shake
    S: raspberries
    D: OH's HM lasagne
    S: yogurt
