The makeup? Mac :) I got the rest of the bits (well apart from the eyebrow pencil which I'm not convinced over) from my trial back in September :)

This weekend we're off to our first pool session diving since October - cannot wait!!

Hi all, just thought I would let you know I am still here! Just running on pure adrenaline at the mo, its coursework time so kids in every lunch and after school and tomorrow is my 4th parents eve in 2 weeks. I've also been trying to keep on top of my gym routine so I don't get out the habit.
Will try and have a proper catch up on friday! Xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

Emma - well done on your 1lb loss, that's fab!!!! :)

Natalie - I love Mac makeup! :D are we going to see pics of your trial on Sat?

Thanks for the kind words girls. Not sure if I am eating too few calories - the shakes are only 200 each but my dinners have been fairly substantial. And I've been eating fruit too. Tbh, I think I would have lost weight this week if it weren't for the drinks on Saturday night. Today I tried to mix it up a bit by having Greek yogurt in the afternoon and a glass of milk after dinner. I'll WI again before I go on Friday and report my pre-holiday weight, and will try not to gain! :o I definitely feel a little less bloated today than yesterday and (weirdly) my legs look a bit slimmer!

Did anyone see that Horizon programme last night that said you can burn an extra 500 cals a day just by fidgeting and standing up more? Plus the usual taking the stairs instead of the lift etc. 500!!!!

In answer to Emma - I'm off to Portugal for a week, which will be lovely XXX

Oh Im so jealous Wanchai- I so need a holiday! Only 5 months to go till I finally get one (last proper holiday was like almost 7 years ago!!)

Im so tired at the mo, I have been useless with the gym this week, although I have done some exercise at home (apart from last night but I didnt get in until 10.45). I would love to lose 0.5 lb this week so I reach 10lb but I dont think that will happen this week! I cant wait to try my dress on again, but I think Im going to wait until end of April when I take it to be altered.

    Hows everyones planning coming along?

:D That is brilliant - and a far better judgement of your weight loss than the scales are. :T

Totally agree. My scales haven't moved of late yet my work colleagues are all commenting on how much weight i have lost lately!
I lost 1lb today!:j No idea how considering the food I had this weekend, but I think although I think I was bad, I wasnt as bad as I would have been a few months ago.

Well done . . . another step closer.

Jealous, or in the words of the kids at school - well jel :rotfl:

Well ladies i posted last night and it crashed and burnt! Quick recap - We have heard from the LL of the prospective house and she is going to do some of the decoration and will allow us to paint the kitchen cupboards etc as long as its neutral. (It would be anyway) so we have finally put our paperwork in and paid the agency fees. :T I feel better now i know where i am going, when and the work that i need to do to get it presentable!

I had my gel manicure on Tuesday. I am really pleased with it and so far i would recommend it. The shine is beautiful on it and they are instantly dry so no way of chipping or wrinkling before you get your purse out to pay :rotfl: I just had the french manicured look so any regrowth isnt to obvious. My own nail will grow underneath (they are very short at the mo) so the lady recommended I have an application on a few weeks before the wedding so my nails grow uniformly before the big day. It would be my luck to break a nail the week before. I am going to have it done the day before the wedding and my toes too for the honeymoon. There are often vouchers for geleration on Groupon if anyone is interested.

My measure of losing weight is my very honest oh. He has recently commented 'yep I can see your losing weight, your bottom is getting smaller'!!:rotfl:yeah cheers for that!!:D

Melanie- I will be getting pampered the day before my wedding aswell- so just as your saying your vows Ill be getting my nails done! I would like my toe nails done aswell but I really really dont like having my feet touched!

    YAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY

I couldn't resist a quick WI this morning as I did feel a bit 'lighter' somehow :o - 10st 2.5lbs!!!!! That's 1.5lbs off since Tuesday! Maybe I had some fluid retention earlier in the week. Anyway, I whooped so loudly that OH wondered what was going on! :rotfl:

    HURRAH :j:j:j:j

I should really WI tomorrow again as intended - or should I just give myself a little morale boost and use today's weight as my official pre-holiday starting weight? :D

Thanks for all your kind words girls, I really appreciate them. Not sure whether to take my protein shakes on hols or leave them till I get back and just try to eat as healthily as poss over there?

Emma - LOL at your OH! :rotfl: When's your WI? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you xxx

Mel - fab news all round about the house - good to have a bit of certainty so you can make plans!

I have been dreaming about wedding details! Oh dear! Obsession starting to creep in!
