Oh AND I sent off the outstanding deposit today for the photographer :D
  • Oh thats good then Natalie. I was going to wait and pay things off only when it is actually due, Im wondering now if I should wait so long or whether we should start paying the balances off already!

MSE-wise I guess it's probably better to have the money in an ISA or something and keep it in there for as long as possible. But I'd rather pay things off as and when we can so we know things are paid for rather than having to worry about it all closer to the day. In my spreadsheet I have everything spread out so each month we're spending around £500-700 towards the wedding/honeymoon on various bits and bobs. It's just been the best way for us. :)

Nearly forgot my food for today!! (We're off to watch a film :) - My lesson obs went okay today).

    B - Same old
L - left over beef stew & left over roast veg (plus extra peas to bulk it out)
    S - Yoghurt
T - Mackerel with roast veg
S - now I was going to have a hotel chocolat as usual... but today I had a meeting after school so bought some biscuits to share... but the jammie dodgers were left untouched - they rank highly in my world (bourbons are the winner, jammie dodgers come a close 2nd or 3rd). So instead of the Hotel Chocolat Choc I'm going to have a jammie dodger. (just looked at the calories online and there is only 15cals more - pah :D )
E - annoyed really - the meeting overran which meant I didn't get home in time to get changed and dash out to Yoga - I'd have been interrupting the centering breathing at the start if I'd have gone. Gutted cause I really wanted to go. Grrr. Instead though I did 60 mins of a pilates DVD.

Right I have shed all my bloatedness and water retention so here on in I can start recording proper weightloss. I managed to reach my target for today - this morning I am 10st3.5. My next target is to be 9st13.5 (just under 10st) for when I break up (I'll take the Tuesday of my final week before the Easter break) so that is 4 weeks to lose 4lbs :) easy peasy right? :rotfl:.

It is 20 weeks to our wedding :)

Oh well done you! And great news about the candles and you reordering the RC shoes (hope they're perfect this time).

STS for me :( I am really disappointed as I was sooo good the whole week. I had a few drinks on Saturday night but stuck to vodka and diet lemonade, surely that can't have done it? Anyway, I am undeterred! I WILL have a loss next week! :D I'm going to WI on Friday morning as I'm going on hols for a week so won't be able to WI again until next weekend. Here's hoping for a loss, even a small one!

    Today:

    B and L: protein shake
    S: mango
D: OH's HM Thai green curry
    D: water and camomile tea
E: half an hour of cycling plus 40 minutes' walking

I'm being a bl00dy ANGEL, why haven't I lost weight!! Although I went and tried on my (the sample) dress again today in the shop (was in there looking for shoes and asked if I could try it again - any old excuse :o ) and it's definitely not as tight! So that's excellent. The shop lady was very impressed!!!

    Night night all xxx

:D That is brilliant - and a far better judgement of your weight loss than the scales are. :T

Yaaaaaaaay pay day!! I've just paid the remaining balance of our honeymoon!! :D:T
  • Natalie :j on paying off the honeymoon.

Wanchai- thats fab that your dress was looser- definately a good sign. Just a thought- are you actually eating enough? Your body needs a certain number of cals each day otherwise it goes into a starvation mode and you wont lose weight, so it may be worth just tracking your food in either a diary or my fitnesspal and seeing if your actually having enough to eat. Are you going anywhere nice next week?

I lost 1lb today!:j No idea how considering the food I had this weekend, but I think although I think I was bad, I wasnt as bad as I would have been a few months ago.

    Brilliant loss Emma!!

I've literally only just got in from work and I am absolutely shattered - MrD is at a job tonight so he's going to get back tired... so my first thought is sod cooking...! But it's not very weightloss conducive - I think I might see if I can persuade him to just have beans on toast!!

Oh and more make up arrived today - I now have all the bits I need for my wedding look :D Will have a practice on Saturday and take photos :D

Oh and the red box came for my jewellery - well it does the job so I can't complain - and for the price I paid I really can't complain... but just maybe I should have gone for a plusher box. :D

Right off to watch some untaxing easy on the brain TV :)
