You could always pop in to debenhams etc and ask to try them out?0

Cold is good for reducing the puffiness so maybe putting a cold facecloth on the eyes each night and morning in the days leading up to wedding.also make up wise, ooh la lift by benefit is good
Mine arent really puffy- just very dark. Ive just been looking at the benefit oh la lift and was thinking that sounds a good contender- my sister loves benefit and says it lasts for ages, which is what the reviews say. Think Ill definately take a trip to the beauty counters at boots or debenhams.0 -
Ooo thanks for that pbny24!! Cold flannel here I come lol. I do suffer from puffy eyes, more I'd say than dark circles.
So much for my last lie in!! I woke up (after having a work related dream, my first one this holiday - dreamt about applying for another job, getting it and hating it lol) and decided I should get up. That way I'm more likely to go to sleep at a reasonable time tonight, ready for getting up at silly o'clock tomorrow!0 -
It bloody well nearly killed me - but we've just completed the first out of 41 runs in preparation for the Lincoln 10K. Cor I felt so out of touch and fat running - far too many wobbly bits lol. Am off back out again for run number 2 on Wednesday. I *will* get a) slimmer b) fit and c) able to complete a 10K comfortably and still be able to chat to MrD all the way round lol. (Today's was just a little 4.8K warm up run).0

wel done on the run Natalie. Just think though if you can do almost 5k without any recent training doubling that distance with lots of training wont be that bad. We will be going to the gym a lot from tomorrow. We have also been shopping and have lots of bits in now to make meals from so we can be a bit healthier and I have tubs of soup to have at work. I weighed myself today and im 2lb more than I was Christmas eve- which considering how much I picked on new years I didnt think that was too bad.
Its funny that you said about a work dream- I woke myself up earlier dreaming (well not sure when its about work its a dream:rotfl:) that I hadnt done something at work and I cant remember the rest but I wasnt impressed to have woken myself up!0 -
 is all I will say! I very nearly became bridezilla earlier! I wont go into details as you never know who is reading and I dont want to offend anyone but I manages to bite my tongue and then thought I would come on here just to say grrrrrrrrrrr! I feel better now!!:D0

Glad you feel better!!
I told MrD that I'd scanned over our budget and everything was still okay. Said from January's pay (at the end of the month) we'll be paying off another £250 off the honeymoon, he can buy his tickets to Finland, and get his wedding ring... he replied something along the lines of what am I going to do come August lol. Cheeky Sod. I agree with him, but he didn't need to say it!0 -

Oh asked me what I was going to do once we married- I told him start planning for babies- his face looked a bit shocked! (we wont be having them for a few years yet but it shut him up!!):D0 -
Ha!! My response was planning to go diving in October lol. Also told him that we're all going to meet up in August
Have just sent him off to his mum's with his trousers - she's kindly offered to drop them off for alterations - if we leave it to him they'll be hanging up in his wardrobe until the day before the wedding!! Lol.
So for tea I've got us some fillet steak - mmm!! What sauce shall I make him for it? Lol bear in mind I've got sod all in the cupboards lol.0 -
I made some home made burgers for dinner, not great I know but I did foreman them!:D0
