Melanie- on the facebook page I go on someone posted based in Spalding- Lincolnshire- is this anywhere near you? If so they are doing a deal of 75p per chair and sash- not sure how much set up would be but if you want their details just let me know and ill facebook you.
:j:j:j:j:j:j:j Its our year!!!0 -
Oh wow that is a total bargain!!
Well our tree has been taken downIt is all bare now and our lounge looks massive.
Bun really wasn't impressed when I took away his wrapping paper. Lol he would have quite happily have sat and shredded it into tiny little pieces all year long, but I think a week was plenty of time. He's sulking behind the sofa at the moment lol. Will see how long it takes for him to become our friend again. Last year it was a good couple of weeks.0 -
I have bought two tickets to see Steps in Sheffield on their (current) last day. Soo excited - I just have to persuade someone to go with me - Lol. MrD won't cause he's miserable, besides it falls during his a local race meeting which there is no way he'd miss just to see Steps lol0

Oooh can you msg me the link/details please. I work in Spalding!! Our hotel arrange them for £3.50 per chair with sash but I can ask if they'll let me source my own. 75p is bargain!!!!!! Thanks sooo much0 -
Tree is down, another big roast eaten. Just finishing off the trifle andsweets then it's healthy eating tomorrow. Back on the slming tank. I gave heard that Slimming world have new books out so I'm contemplating joining for a week or two to get the new stuff and then save my money and go it alone. Exercise is my downfall so my resolution is to up the exercise and do serving everyday. Well I can try.0

Melanie- I have inboxed you the link.
Me and my oh have agreed we need to drag each other to the gym- I know through sensible eating and going to the gym I can shift this stone- so I really need to get my bottom in gear and do it!!0 -
Sounds like we're all going to put some effort into this being healthy lark. I've actually been 'good' now for three days - I do feel so much better for it!! Tomorrow is the start of my 10K training. Starting with a 4.summink K run. Joy lol. Why oh why did I sign up for the 10K?! Lol.
I have said when I'm 9st7 (which I plan to be for Half Term) we'll have a Dominos pizza and defrost the cheesecake. The cheesecake more than the dominos will be my motivation lol. That and the dress fitting that is coming up - eeeek!0 -
ooo.... made a start on the invites today... four and a half stitched
Also starting to think of getting fit, H2B wants to start climbing, there's a place in Milton Keynes we went to look at today, going to book a taster session soon to see if I like!
Got to be bad Scout Leader in the next week or so, we've got a leader who's had an accident but is taking a taxi from his home to the Scout hut at £13 a time for a one way trip of about 8 miles. Problem is that the Group can't afford to pay for him as we've got so little money anyway and are busy trying to fundraise to repair the building (sorry, but felt if I put it in writing it'll help me try and think of how to let him know).
Anyways, best get on!0
