Lol I've just realised the contradictory nature of the above - this comes from the woman who is annoyed that she can't find the right shade of burgundy for the balloons to match her invites!!

I had a little play earlier and used the pink insert and because you wont see the insert from the front it didnt notice, but part of me is thinking 'but will someone else pick up the fact it doesnt match'!! I think I will have a look in hobby craft tomorrow to see what they have and how much it would cost me to get new inserts- they may not even have the right colour anyway!

Its like Ive been looking and wine and trying to work out if I can get the same brands for white, rose and red, but then part of me thinks no one will care or notice!! Oh and I decided I would get a bottle of red, white and rose for each table, but thinking about my very rough table plan it could mean some tables have 8 adults on, whereas some have just 4 or 5 as they will have kids on them, so Im not sure how that would work!!

Quickie - lol that is why I ended up going with Echo Falls - cause I could get 2 different whites, a rose and a red all with the same layout of labels. The trouble is they've either stopped making, or have run out of juice to make, their white pinot grigo! Grr!

The alternate is you could buy random bottles of anything, soak all the labels off and then create your own wedding ones

I will have to keep an eye out and see what I can get. If I can get a better deal on different brands I think I will just get them and then not put any more thought into it! I dont think I would be bothered about it enough to redo the labels. (please dont quote me on this should I say in 6 months that out of boredom Ive made my own labels for the wine!!)

I think Im going to stop off at Morrisons and stock up on my 6 bottles of martini asti tomorrow. I wonder if people will notice on the day if I have my own bottle on my table, I dont do 'proper' wine!:rotfl:!

I would say do it! It is your big day afterall and I'm guessing even if your guests do notice they'll probably not be shocked

Well we made it am SAt in departures with Mrd. Really cant stand airports lol. Just cant stand the general public lol. Anyone ever seen lee Evans sketch about people in airports and sheep? He was so right

Hi all, quick update on my dress. Took your advice and phoned round all the shops near by and near family and shop near my mum and dads has the dress for £200 cheaper, without haggling! Going in a couple of weeks to try on there.will see what the best price is and if my local shop won't match that then think I'll just go for it. Going to try on a couple there too just so I'm sure though.

Well I think oh has agreed with my invite design so hopefully they will be made thursday. We got 8 bottles of martini asti today while it was on offer, nothing exciting but its a nice feeling to be sorting out some of the smaller bits.

it'll be quiet on here while Natalie is diving! - I'm on half term and whilst i thought i'd be doing all things wedding i haven't at all!

Going to view the new venue again tomorrow evening to cross the T's and dot the I's. I'm so looking forward to looking round again and im going to take some photos so i can plan decorating the function room.

Gone off plan with the eating. Ate pizza, candy king etc etc yesterday and went to bed with tummy ache from over eating why do I do it . . . . I have felt pants/guilty all day. Thats 3 days of rubbish i've eaten. Need a kick up the *** and get back on it!

I know the feeling about feeling crap after eating junk food- why do we do it! I find when I eat rubbish I get a bad pain where my gall bladder used to be- but does it put me off stuffing my face the next time, unfortunately not!!:rotfl:

Well I tried printing on my invites and it worked fine, if anything the writing is a dark grey, not black, but I actually prefer it! So Im planning on printing out all the front parts of the invites tomorrow then all we have to do thursday at my mums is do the insert and put together. WOuld anyone like to share their wording to give me inspiration??

Oh thats exciting news that your going to view the venue- have you cancelled the other one?
