I love them both too. The first one is way more floaty, comfortable and light for summer. The second one more dramatic but very structured and might be too hot!

I want a blackboard and chalk for guests to write messages for my HM photo booth, have seen a v. pretty heart shaped blackboard for £16 - chalk should be under £1.

Also, I want a heart shaped umbrella, it will looks amazing in the photos (even if it's a dry day - love them in wedding pics), they're around £20 on eBay but am hoping to get one for less!

just having a browse and a nosey - both dresses are absolutely gorgeous!! but personally I would choose the 1st one - it's so dreamy and romantic!!

I'm sure that whichever dress you choose, you will love, and thats all that matters.

Have you tried any on? The type of dress I wanted, I didnt end up buying because i tried a dress on chosen by the assistant, instantly fell in love with it, and bought it there and then!!

I've found someone i like to my hair and make-up. It will be £320 for me, 2 bridesmaids and my mum. Which is pretty the same asthe other quotes i got. I posted on FB to see if any1 could recommend any1 for hair and make-up and my hairdresser friend said she would be happy to do it as a part of a wedding present, told OH and he said he would be prefer someone professional. My friend has been a hairdresser for 4years but hasn't done any weddings before. It would be cheaper but then i think maybe its best to spend more money to have someone who has done wedding hair before?

Jewellery – Look online and maybe pop into a bridal shop in town as at a wedding fayre they had nice jewellery that was cheap.
Wedding rings – Looking for rings next year
Favour boxes and items – No idea where to start!
Balloons - Done
Chair Covers - Done
Hair and make-up – Nearly done just need to decide if I’m going with the lady then send a deposit
Grooms shoes – OH parents buying.
Bridesmaid jewellery and bag – Will look online and in bridal shop
Gifts – Fathers x2 – Best Man – Bridesmaids x2 – No idea what to get. – Mothers x3 done, they will be getting thank you flowers.
Guest Book – Done
Cameras – Cheap cameras for the tables –will look online. Anyone else doing this?Or is it not worth spending money when people will have their own cameras.
Centrepieces – Don’t know what to have. We will be having balloons on the table so maybe something small?
Give notice - Done

Ooh, I was thinking of a blackboard too! There's a nice natural slate chalkboard on the cancer research online shop for £6.95 - it's quite plain though, but you could decorate it yourself maybe?

Lauralou - seems like your doing pretty well with the planning, especially with getting ready for the bubee as well! I'm excited, but you must be super, super excited with a wee one on the way and a wedding to look forward to!

I said to my OH last night - "it's 9 months to the wedding, so just think, if we get pregnant on the wedding night we could have a baby in 18 months!" Aaahhh Hahaha! His face was a picture!

Hey everyone!!

Invites are almost almost made- I just need to stick the inserts in, but im so pleased with them! Im usually so useless at anything like that so am so pleased with how they have come out!! It took a while and we finished them today, it was trial and error with a few bits so Im sooooo happy with them! I will stick the inserts in, find my camera then work out how I post pics this ill be sharing them with you!

Wanchai- I love both dresses- I would go with which ever one yo know your going to feel happier in (Im sure bith look absolutey fab on).

LauraL- could you ask your friend to do a trial to see how she gets on? my friend got married a few months ago and the table camera were amusing, probably not the best quality but I think people tend to take more random funny photos with them!! Im not having them bit I will be getting cameras I think for my little game- so if you find some cheap ones online please let me know!!

I got some wine today, we are having 6 tables so I have 6 white and 6 rose, but will probably get a few more bottles but at least its a start!!

Hello my lovelies!! Well I'm back
We're now certified divers - it was just so amazing!! I am now sat researching honeymoon hotels. I have found a dive centre that we will probably use - on recommendation of the dive school we used to train. So now just have to wait till Monday (pay day) to book it!! We're still looking at the Red Sea but instead of El Gouna I think we're going to go for Sharm. (Just cause that is where this dive centre is). I've looked at cheap flights with like easy jet etc but they are working out at around £800-900 for the two of us, where as I've found a holiday on Thomas Cook for £1300-£1400 for all inclusive at a 4 star hotel for 7 nights with good flight times from Manchester. It is ranking 35 out of 215 hotels on trip advisor based on 474 reviews. I just need to hear back from the dive centre for their views, and how much the diving is likely to cost before I click the 'book' button.

So now I'm back - I'm back on the diet - well I will be on Monday when I have tescos delivered - we're eating frozen stuff and too much carbs (pasta) in the mean time.

Can't believe it's nearly November!! (My birthday month).

Right I suppose I should go and read back through what I've missed

Welcome back Natalie, and well done and passing your diving course. 35 out of over 200 hotels is very good, im sure by Monday you will know exactly what your doing, ull have it planned from start to finish!!:D

I did have a bridezilla moment this week before we went. (Dunno if I've already told you all). Well anyway as you all know we've planned a diving holiday to the Red Sea as our honeymoon. Well a few days before we went to Tenerife MrD's dad declares he's been looking at going to Sharm for a holiday. Well that just is not fair. It's OUR special holiday. They can go - but after us! I know it's totally irrelevant cause they don't dive so their holiday will be many moons away from ours, but still I don't want them going!! Ha!
