Grrrr, I just wrote a post and it has gone!!

Shoogling- love the word and actually shoogling!!

Mel, thats a shame about the bra, it may be worth just keep an eye on the more expensive bras youve seen, you never know they may go in the sale at some point. ANd sorry but I did laugh at your comments about nipples!! ALthough I do agree with the sheer underwear comments!!

I am a scaredy cat and dont like being home alone overnight, I get scared at every noise and cant sleep!! Luckily oh never goes away overnight!! I can just about cope a few hours, but I get very bored and end up dancing and singing round the house!!:rotfl:. Im trying to work out how ill cope if he goes away for his stag do, was thinking I could tie in my work hen do one night and then maybe a girly night round my mums another night!!:D, or i could go stay at mil2bs!!

I am up late googling wedding invitations... really want something a bit quirky and vintage looking... possibly incorporating flowers/birdcages/butterflies/lavender/vintage postcards/luggage tags... help!!!!!

Ah bless ya! That sounds like a good idea - or you could invite everyone round to yours if he's not going to be there, lay out a load of beauty products and get everyone in their dressing gowns and pretend to be at a spa lol!

Or buy actual luggage tags and use them in some way?

I love designing and there are some amazing invitations out there but didn't want to pay for them, and knew I wouldn't be able to make them to the quality I wanted with the kit I've got and so just bought the cheapest simple and plain ones I could find, but I reckon if you want something custom fit then making your own is the way to go.

Or try Vistaprint, there are some really nice ones on there.

I'm currently working my way through another HUGE to do list and so am on here wasting time lol!

Thanks for the ideas!!! I was having wedding related dreams last night lol! I was thinking of going to the church and taking some Hipstamatic pics to make it look all vintage, and using that for our STD/invitations? It's a lovely stone church so would look great. Or maybe doing my own lettering and taking a pic of it on the grass or something! I am just brainstorming really!

I bought some card blanks on eBay ages ago, had intended to do some card making but may use them for our invitations instead!

Oh I think pics of the church would look lovely, and really personal as well. You could have all different ones so every invite is that little bit personalised. Or have a photo of say, the church on the invites, then the same style but different pictures on the other stationery like placecards and thank you notes (if you are having them).

Nah unfortunately nothing so interesting as wedding stuff! I have to go round and measure up all our furniture and see how we can fit it all in the storage unit, do the hoovering and a bit of planning for school, that sort of stuff really. Although I have been quite productive so far - I have taken a wardrobe apart, done the ironing, put some chicken stock on to simmer, and packed a load of clothes to take over to my mums!

I really mustn't get distracted by wedding stuff today lol!

as you may know my SMIL is making our cake and she was at a festival yesterday and they sold cake pops!!! i think we are going to have them for our wedding instead of cupcakes.

iv found this on google and think we will try to get something similar obviously in our colours!

Love the cake Laura, really different but nice:)

I actually feel human today:j! Only wedding bit i have done today is re-do the guest list because OH mum thinks we should invites OH cousins kids, as they were at the wedding and it will cause less arguements. I'm not too fussed about having more kids then we planned, the kids were good at the wedding and i was struggling to find some more people to invite to make the guest list up to 65 we need to have. In the evening we will be having 120 people:eek:i didn't know i knew so many people!!:rotfl:

I love Cake Pops! I made them a while back for a charity fundraising thing that my tutor group organised - They went down a treat but I must admit they are a bit of a pain in the !!!! to make.

I made them with a chocolate fudge cake mix and mixed it with cream cheese, there's a site on google somewhere that I nicked the idea from, but anyway it tasted amazing...!

I am browsing through vintage invitations, nothing is really 'grabbing' me but I'll keep going! I love the idea of luggage tags as we are really into travel

Ahhhhhhhhhh what did I ever do with my time before getting engaged? I love wedding planning!!! :rotfl:
