Cor it's quiet in here - lol when I go back to work it'll be even quieter!!

Anyway just to let you all know the great news - have just had a phone call about that fridge and freezer - we're off to collect them tomorrow . Lol NO idea where we're going to put them as MrD currently has three bikes in the garage!! Grrr! lol.

Morning ladies . . . back to work for me and actually missing the wedding talk! I did feel i had got a lot achieved over the summer holidays until i read Natalie's extensive list of things to do and when Natalie what are you going to do when your back to school next week?!

I love the wedding board, its something i would love to put together but my computer skills aren't up to scratch. I do own a wedding book though. When i read the bridal magazines etc and i see something i like or a colour or idea, i cut it out and stick it in my book. Then i take the book shopping with me as I have paper swatches and a piece of my wedding dress in there so i can colour match other things.

Just had an email from the printers today to say they have the proof ready for me to check. I am having the insides of my invitations printed for me (brown ink on cream card) and cut to size so all i have to do is glue them into my gate fold outer card. Then i get to play with ribbons and of course the BUTTONS! I am planning on glueing various buttons on the outside of the invitations so each invite will be unique.

Back to training day for me.

i'm busy getting ready for my friends wedding tomorrow:rotfl::rotfl:if i'm busy getting myself now imagine what i'm going to be like when i get married:rotfl: I am sooooooooooooooo excited about the wedding tomorrow, it's a friend i went to school with so have known each other years.

So, had my nails done and they look FAB! I asked her about wedding make-up and she does it:jI have worked out that it will cost £130 for me(with a trail) and 4 others which isn't too bad i think.
So, i think i can cross something off my list!!

Oh have a lovely time tomorrow at your friends wedding - is your OH going with you? Lol give him lots of squeezes and remind him it'll be you two next year!!

I'm wearing a blue maxi dress(shhh it's my mum dress shh!!) with blue flat shoes and a while jacket. So my finger nails are french manicure and my toe nails are blue to match my dress! I'm sure there will be photos on FB.
Yes OH is coming as well (moaning because theres a call of duty thing happening this weekend, which he wants to watch:mad:) anyway moving on! Mums doing my hair and make-up. Not sure how to have my hair yet. Just straight or maybe add a few curls, but i don't want to curls to fall out half way through the day.
I will keep reminding OH about our wedding. I must remeber to pack tissues because i will cry!!

Sorry Melanie - only just seen your post!! I'm hoping that when I go back to work I'll return to normal and can put the whole wedding thing on a back burner again lol. I *try* to only do weddingy things during school holidays so I have something to look forward to, but I can't think of anything weddingy for me to do during Christmas hols - things I had pencilled in to do during that holiday has already been done. Lol. Ooops!
Great news about your invites being ready - you must take a photo of them when they are done and show us!!

Ooo can't wait to see photos LauraR! Hahahaaa he sounds like MrD - luckily (lol) he seems to be going through a 'not playing on the Xbox' stage at the moment - lol I'm making the most of it. (Although to be honest he's working so many hours at the moment - we keep talking about me applying for the next promotion that comes up and him giving up his job and becoming a house husband - I really hope it comes to fruition!)
I don't have the problem of curls dropping. Lol.

Well I went for another jog today. Aren't I a good girl pmsl..! It was much warmer out there though so whilst some bits were easier (like I got my pace better at the start), the heat made up for it make it just as tough. I will go out for another jog after work on Monday.

2 more days and that's my summer over I was thinking as I was jogging - at the end of this academic year I will officially be married!! (I get married on the Tuesday, schools break up on the Thursday!) Gulp! Lol.

Oh we watched that new film Hanna last night - I thought it was really good - apart from one thing - if you watch it look out for the magic swapping sides in bed thing!! (They shot hanna talking to her friend in bed, in one shot hanna is on her left side talking to her friend, the next shot showing her friend replying - who you'd expect to be laid on her right side - well she isn't - she's also on her left side talking to hanna. REALLY drove me nuts - and it's a fairly longish scene! How could they get that so wrong!)

I don't know how i'm going to wait 46 more Fridays . . . telling my friend today how i have brought my dress, booked the registrar and the venue and got all over excited!!

I proof read my inserts for the invitations this afternoon. Pleased i went with the brown ink instead of normal black. Guests probably wont even notice! Looking forward to putting them all together. I was going to wait till the October half term but who am I kidding i'm to impatient. Going on the hunt for a glue gun tomorrow.
