Just wanted to say - my Miss KG Darcy shoes have just arrived, and while part of me was secretly hoping I wouldn't like them so I could send them back and save the money - I LOVE THEM!! Haaaa!! Ooops!! I will take a photo of them in a min and share them :D Oh and they feel like a pair of slippers!!

Okay photos might not be forthcoming - depends how much charge we have left in the camera's batteries (it was flashing red when I last used it) stupid rabbit has nibbled his way through that cable - didn't realise he'd actually munched through it lol

Sorry for the size - taken off facebook rather than flickr as I normally do (where I can control the size I share).... but I LOVE these!! (they do have a little cheaty platform so the angle of my foot isn't as bad as it looks)

Lol and forgive the pose - somehow it looks wrong but I can't put my finger on it - but it's hard to photo your own shoes/legs bent over with the camera upside down :rotfl:

Everyone see last night's Don't Tell The Bride? The Bride's Revenge... one of the couples only lasted 6 months - eek!

Love the wedding board Natalie and LOVE those shoes. I wish i could wear heels!!

I watched about the last 5/10minutes of the show. Some of the women really annoy me, saying i want this, have a tantrum when they don't get what they want and i just think why go on the show then!! Just be happy that you havn't had to pay for it!! Anyway, my rant over!!

Had a midwife appointment today, i'm O Rh(D) negative so i need to have antiD injections at 30weeks. I hate injections:(

Going to get my nails done later with mummy. Will try and remember to ask her about wedding make-up and ask to see any pics she has.

I agree - if your wedding is that important - in that you have to have matching bows on chairs, perfect bridesmaid dresses etc then organise it yourself (together lol)... if you don't care and really just want to get married then let him do it!! Lol I'm sat here thinking I fall into the first camp lol. I've also come the realisation that Mark hasn't really had much of an input lol. Ooops!

Oh that is pants at having to have injections. But how lovely to have your nails done later :)
  • Hi been broadbandless for a couple of days and cant get on here on my phone as its sooooo slow so just catching up!

love the shoes! and the wedding board! i have just watched DTTB 6months and that was the groom that did the best! it is quite cringy watching them but i wish i only had 3weeks it would make it easier haha yer right!!!
Nev hasnt had much input but i do ask him, he wanted the church and he got it! lol

Laura, im A- Rhesus Negative and had to have the injections too. not nice, you will probly have to have them after the birth too :( but better to be safe and all that!
  • Hi there , good to be back. Yes, inserts into the invitations might be the way forward - I'm not sure what density of card my printer can take, but will experiment.

We were just talking about invites and then walked past one of those discount books outlets and there they were and, at £2.99 for 20 (with envelopes) they seemed like a great option. I think we'll miss out the Save the Date things and just go straight to invitation!

We're going with the Oxfam Unwrapped Wedding Favours and using them as place cards too :

I figure I'd spend a similar amount giving people 'stuff' and most people at our ceremony have lots more money than us, so something different is good and it helps others!

Yes as Natalie said, im doing donations too but we have printed our own and giving it to a small local hospital in memory of my grandad who they cared for, we will only be donating £50 (£1per person) but at least we will know they will get it all!

if you look through the last few pages there is a pic of my favours on it :D
