after being told last night that they wouldnt give me any discount on anything. I rang back this afternoon ready to cancel. I told the lady I am going with virgin who are offering half price for 6 months & she didnt quibble just said we will match their offer no problem, i am now getting full package for £28 for the next 6 months but she said she couldnt discount the hd so i still have to pay £10 for that. I am well pleased. I did say to her that i had rung last night and was told no way, that is why i was going to virgin & she said she was very shocked I hadnt been offered it last night as they have been told to match the virgin price with anyone wishing to leave0

Good point about haggling for no , or 6 month contract - tho I guess they will say its free box but must have 12 months.
Im also concerned they will mess up the Sky signal we currently have running upstairs - that the nice Sky man did a few years ago.
Is it just a case of swapping out the box when they install Sky + ?0 -
Just phoned to cancel and was offered 50% for 6 months and i'm already on a basic package so will now only pay £10.75 till july. :-DSarcasm
