Hi

I am a nonROCKer so I booked my holiday on the second night online.

I received an e-mail today for the balance payment. Paid online and confirmation coming through post.

In previous years it has been a letter requesting the balance so just to let people know to check there e-mails and spam folders as mines was in my spam folder.

I got an e-mail today asking for the balance payment so think they are starting to get the invoices out. Mines was in my spam folder so keep an eye out. :j

don't bank on anything, i had a priority code, booked, recieved conformation both through email and post. Paid balance in full, now being contacted to say there has been a mistake on havens/the suns behalf, and too many holidays have been booked. I have the option to change park or dates, but surely now i will just have to sift through the leftovers that people don't want??

Can anyone help or give advice. My friend tells me that if I cancel my passes now when I do go away if we decide we want to get passes then we have to pay full amount (aparently when you 1st book they are heavily discounted). I didnt want to buy passes now just in case it falls through or something like that.
Have others cancelled now and bought when you arrive at park and does this happen ?

Yay, my other confirmation / invoice came through today. :j

Paid over phone by card as you're not given much time to pay, the invoice was dated 4th Feb with a 7 day payment deadline or the holiday would be cancelled:eek:

I believe it is with Keycamp.

Just need permission to take kids out of school now :shocked:
and sort out tesco vouchers for channel tunnel.:money:

My cousin did this last year, cancelled the passes then when she got there decided that she did want them - but it cost her £20 per person!

My cheque has been cashed but no email, so I've not got a clue where I'm going or what date! I booked through the post.

Mine doesn't need to be paid til 26th April (approx 7 weeks before our holiday) xx
