I sent my postal form off with 10 tokens form the paper, what seems like an age ago now. Have checked email inbox and spam/filter folders everyday. Still nothing. Nothing through the post either.

Quite annoyed as friends who done similar, have already had their notification (one who send in a form a good week after me!)

I understand today is the last day to get an email, but I'm not holding onto any hope. Shame as it would have been the first break for me, my wife and our 18 month old son

Does anyone have the Telephone Number I have to call? Can't find it anywhere on the website.

Have they cashed your cheque then?

It says this at the bottom of my booking confirmation email - but I booked online.

Still heard nothing

Have dropped them an email this morning, as I can't find the telephone number anywhere.

Checked bank account, dont seem to have cashed cheque either.
