You will get duvets and pillows as standard in a Haven caravan regardless of whether you have paid for linen. The linen charge is for pillowcases, sheets and duvet covers and they charge £7 per room.

What we usually do is take our own sleeping bags, sheets and pillowcases and use their duvets as a bit of extra padding for the matresses because they are as hard as rock.
Thank you. Does the linen charge not include towels then

No, you will need to take your own bath & tea towels, it only includes sheets, pillow cases & duvet covers.
  • Hi

I have all the tokens and downloaded the application form but have been told I can request my choice online? Apparently I need a priority reference number .. has anyone out there got a reference number they don't need

    Thanks all

  • I know that the website and FAQs make it very clear that ferry bookings can't be altered in any way, but I wondered if anyine had managed it?

We booked the overnight Portsmouth to Caen but would rather go on the longer ferry to St Malo which is more suitable for us.

I spoke to Brittany Ferries who were quite happy to change the booking (subject to the usual amendment fee) but couldn't actually put it through the system without knowing the 'rate' is was originally booked with.

They gave me the number for the agency that dealt with the booking on behalf of The Sun, but neither they nor The Sun helpline could help (they did try, I'll give them that!).

I'm assuming it's a discount code of some description, or some terminology of some sort, can anyone help?

When did you send your tokens off, if you don't mind me asking? It feels like I sent mine ages ago! This is the first time I've done a Sun Holiday and I really hope I've been lucky enough to have got my holiday!!!

    TIA

Not sure of the date. I started collecting the tokens on the 1st day and posted them straight away.

If you have all the token and a application form....send it off......there are over 120 people above you on the waiting list for a priority code.

I have never done the sun holidays before but I am already disapointed. I requested 4 night midweek breaks and put 5 different start dates but I have been given a 3 night weekend break!!! The only good point is that I got my 1st choice of park. Also when I called the holiday park they told me it would cost £15.00 to change the dates. I have contacted the Sun via their enquiry form and am just waiting on a reply.
I was wondering if this had happened to anyone else before and what did the Sun do to rectify it?

It is the service charge that the Sun offer promotional material refers to. If you look in the brochure it shows which parks charge what for entertainment passes and service charges.
