  • hi ive booked for haven and upgraded to luxury plus which caraven will we get as there doesnt seem to be one on the haven website


    I think the Luxury Plus is the equivalent of a Haven Deluxe.

    i wasnt referring to those who had booked 2 - it allowed you to book two under the t&c's but because people then went on to book 3 and/or sell their codes on after they had used them they have prevented those who could have booked 2 from booking 2 and changed the terms and conditions.
  • got an email this morning confirming my break at Park resorts California Cliffs. Managed to get a 4 night break in the easter holidays which if I book online direct with Park would cost me at least £147. The service charge is £6 pnpu and entertainment passes are free so an £85 saving. I assume we'll get the bronze caravan. Does anyone know what they're like?

    I booked as a non rocker for Easter and had nothing

  • I booked two holidays online on the first day Cambermam. I got the confirmation letter and invoice for one of them yesterday but haven't had anything for the other one yet.

    I booked two on the first day online (non rocker). I got email confirmation with additional charges from Butlins which was the first one I booked but have not heard anything from the second one I booked, which is a Parkdean holiday. I seem to remember last year my Haven confirmation took ages to come through.

    Perhaps some holiday companies are slower than others. Well I hope this is the case and not that any second holidays booked are cancelled as they changed the rules. :(

    Well, if they've cancelled the second holiday I booked they certainly haven't refunded the money I paid them. I think it is true that some companies are quicker off the mark and I suppose it depends on when you have booked your holidays for. The first one that I have had my invoice for is in April but the second one isn't until June so there is bags of time yet.

    if youve booked online you can ring the holiday park, i said id lost my confirmation ref and they give me over the phone :)

    oh also that was with haven, i got an email off butlins but nothing from haven thats why i rang!
