I stayed there in October Half Term. Had a fab caravan and pool/facitilites was really good. Didn't do evening entertainment as my little boy was asleep by 7pm each night !

When u buy the entertainment pass for haggerston castle, does that include swimming/soft play etc or just the night time entertainment? As they are £50 to buy direct but only £3.50 with the sun and thought that was too cheap.

Oh dear.. I just looked at Coombe haven rewviews on Trip Advisor ( never knew about that site until reading above) and it has some awful reviews!
i went there with my older kids about 10 years ago, loved it, so thought we'd revisit it with our 4 year old... has anyone been recently who can reassure me that it is still a nice place to go?!

it includes everything that's free, which includes swimming, entertainment etc. But if you don't have them you can't even get into the food places etc. It is much cheaper to buy through this offer and if you are planning on using ANY facilities you do need them, even the park as you have to walk through the arcades etc to get to it!!

hiya for anyone who is worried about combe haven my sister has been a few times and she said it is a lovely place to visit and pretty much the same as all the other haven parks.
some of the reviews are so lame on those sites, maybe once a few of the ladies above have been and enjoyed it they could leave nice reviews lol

I also visited coombe haven a few years ago and wasn't impressed. We reluctantly went back last year and i can say it has improved a lot. They have refurbed the bar/showroom and have a big outdoor slide. It is quite hilly though and is a bit of a trek if your at the bottom of the park. I would 100% go back there x :j

take the word ROCK out and use CENT

Yet again I didn't get a priority form - we did a few years ago, but nothing the last 2 & we book loads of hols through the sun - haven't moved house either.

We decided to pay for a form on ebay - cost us £15 - and I'm so glad I did. I didn't think there'd be enough freebies on here as I was late to the list.

Booked our main summer hol to France (Port de Plaisance) last night for whitsun week inc ferry, plus today a weekend at the start of the summer hols at Forest Glade. We went there last year & its a lovely quiet park with nice vans.

I know lots of you have done it, but I am still really nervous about booking 2 online & won't settle til I get my confirmations direct from the parks! Did this happen last year (we didn't do online last year)?

Thanks to the guys who found aura yesterday, btw. I am made up that we got the France hol in school break:cool:
