Mine's finally worked. Went back to the page, refreshed it, and got a payment button. Keep trying Jonty and good luck. Only took me 4 hours.

I managed to speak to someone at the sun and they said everyone was getting the same message regarding authorization needed, its RBS Worldpay that are having the problem. They just advised me to keep trying but would have to input all details again. Think tel number was 0844 245 8099, tried so many thar were on net, was actually surprised to get an answer!

Looks like a good number of you are getting his error message, maybe a problem with their server.

I have not been able to use the payment methd since 9:00 this morning BUT after various goes I have just refreshed and the 'payment' button came up and it took the payment. Hopefully it is back working for all - just refresh every minute or so before you are timed out after 10 minutes and good luck.

Site seems to be working now, just got through! Have managed to book one £9.50 hol and one £15 hol. Didn't realise I could do this til asked on sun hols website! Good luck everyone!

i re did the whole booking via my sons laptop, as everytime I tried to redo on mine it kept taking me back to the page with autorization failure. I think its cause its so busy. Got my 1st choice - eventually - bank holiday weekend of the royal wedding 29th April!
