(1) If any of you were expecting to receive a priority booking ref but have moved recently, there is a chance that your envelope went AWOL in the post. Some people have reported success with phoning (0844 5439777) or completing the form on https://www.ukholidaysinthesun.co.uk/faqs/22/41 to find out their booking ref.

(2) Those of you who don't have a priority booking ref, there is a thread here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2946574
with a long list of requestors - copy & paste the most recent list (go to last post and work backwards), add yourself at the end, and you may be lucky.

glad you got booked but what am i doing wrong, im not getting to the page to enter my choises?? putting in my ref no and code words and clicking book now then book now again and its taking me back to put in ref no and code words??? can you help? thanks

Interesting that the two of you are getting the same thing. I'm not - I progress beyond the second Book Now screen onto the "how many people in your party" screen.

I'm not techie so can't really make suggestions as to whether it's browser problems. If you've got a second internet browser, you could try that. Or if there's a second computer in your household, you could try on there.

I'm having a horrendous time booking. Get all through everything right up to where I need to pay, then I get this.

I can pick the dates and camp, get the the end to pay, but it won't let me go any further.

Is it because I am using my ex partners reference number? I changed the address and name to mine.

How do people sell them on Ebay and give their number away?
