Please don't tell my employers, it might jepordise my current "graduate trainee auditor" role.
I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!

I am now stuck with a kids costume which was hard to sell in the first place during a peak time (Halloween) and a suspended ebay account all because she didn’t collect it from the post office.

You need to prove delivery to defend a claim for Item Not Received.

That they didn't collect could be due to any number of reasons, including the postie misdelivering the collection card. They don't have the item they paid for and are due a full refund.

If it was hard to sell in the first place, either wait until next October before reselling, gift it to your charity shop, or if not fit for the charity shop, bin it.

Your account is suspended because you have not paid your fees. Pay your fees and phone eBay to lift your suspension.

If you try to trade on other accounts, eBay can link them, and can permanently ban all accounts. Not a risk I'd want to take, no matter how many dynamic IPs I held.

I bet you never heard of the Regulations and Investigation Powers Act before I mentioned it

Oh really. I'm glad to see that your betting skills appear to be on par with your IT skills as the link below shows quite clearly that I have heard of the act and mentioned it in response to a question 4 days ago.

Then again, at least when I refer to an act of law, I do take the time to make sure I get it correct. it is the " Regulation of investigatory powers act"

But thats not going to happen, as I will never have the same IP address twice. the only way they will link my useage is through two different IP addresses and getting the personal information behind it to prove it. Even then it still doesnt prove that I used someone elses account.

good for you kn0b head, you're an IT genius and ebay will never catch you, so why don't you just f**k off and go and sell your crap on mum and dads account and stop bragging to everyone on here about how your going to do it.

We don't care, because we still have ebay accounts, unlike yourself.

Wow - I've been called a kn0b and told to f**k off. I think i will go and sit in the corner and cry.

Well it has been a pleasure talking to everyone and if I ever need any advice in the future from a group of 40 year old virgins that still live with thier parents who think they are f**king Geniuses and everything about everything, I'll know where to go.

In the mean time, I'll carry on "lurking on the notice boards" and if I ever need to post anything again, i'll create another email address and post it under a different name. This is of course if moneysaving expert and Ebay havent joined forces by then and linked all my IP addresses together - Lets hope not.

You see the odd post on here stating that a few people think they own the boards and can be quite nasty to other people - Well that is the case really isn't. Just becuase you have a 1000 posts doesnt mean your a god.

    Later losers.

    :D

I presume he'll do the decent thing and pay eBay the fees he owes them.

Will - you have the item back, so that's something to be grateful for.

And for future reference, the only reason you have eBay fees to pay is because of your own actions. If you had not forced the buyer to escalate the dispute to a claim, you would have been auto-credited your final value fees when you issued the refund. And even though you didn't do that, you still had a shot at getting your final value fees back via a cancellation reques within 45 days of sale - you get your fees credited if the buyer agrees, or if they ignore it you could have closed it in 7 days time.

Oh for goodness sake ladies, put the handbags away!!

Will, why not just pay the fees and put it down to experience? It's hardly worth the risk of screwing up your credit rating.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
