OP you need to take some buyers through delivery by the hand, when they tell you it hasn't been delivered the first thing you ask them is "Have you been to the sorting office?"

You are just becoming a martyr and at the end of the day you will be the loser.

George - How have i ignored them exactly??????? Just because I don’t take what they say as gospel and throw in a few scenarios and ask questions isn’t ignoring them really is it??????????????????????

I’ve had one person say eBay get aggressive with outstanding fee’s and someone else say they don’t, so quite clearly I should ignore one of them, so when I ask a question and I get an answer I might have a follow up question or need to make a point – is that alright George??????????
  • What you seem to have ignored is that just about every poster has told you that by continuing to buy and sell on ebay using another account, you risk the owners of that account losing it.
This has happened many times. Simply read the ebay forum and the ebay discussion boards.

Many posters have also told you how easy it is for ebay to link accounts simply from the IP addresses, paypal details and postal addresses used. Again you seem to have ignored this and seem determined to continue.

That is what I meant when I stated that you appear to have ignored the advice and help offered as you clearly stated in post 30 that you are still going to be buying and selling without paying the outstanding fees that you owe.

I thought eBay refunded the fees in the event of a refund anyway? I've always had my fees returned.

i'll reset my modem and ask my isp to switch my broadband channel and issue me with a new ip address - sorted
Don't be such a Muppet. That doesn't stop your Paypal account being linked. Your geographic address will be the same as it was in your old account and your surname also.
  • I know how frustrated you are...

I have sold few odds and sods of own stuff on ebay just to make back few pennies.

Ebay always find in favour of buyer, there are tons of people out there that state the the item you sent them wasnt as described, you cant leave feedback for those that play the ebay system to warn other sellers. Its a terrible new system - though sorted if your a buyer... used to bve other way biased when ebay first started up.. sorry youve experienced the idiots. But i agree with everyone else. If youve been negged and refund given pay your fees else post it back out (if the buyer agrees) cut the loss and put on your listing next time that you only send recorded due to timewasters.

Its awful to say the least.

ebay place cookies on your computer, they will be able to identify you using these cookies even you if log in from a differet ip address.

you can get around all of these things, i'm not saying it can't be done but you have to be on the ball everytime where as ebay only need you to slip up once.

Your decision of course, but hopefully my children would not be so dismissive of me when they are older. Or maybe you want them banned for some reason...something sounds odd here.

Whats odd exactly. Where's I do appreciate peoples help, a lot of people on here seem to THINK they know everything about a topic / situation when in fact they dont know anything - they are only guessing (which is proving when one person said they get aggreisve over outsytanding fees and someone else said they dont).

I've had post after post telling me that Ebay is going to link me to another account which will be used in a another name and posted to a different address to mine and subsequntly get that account banned. Sorry but i am sure Ebay have got better things to do then pull all thier resources into punishing me and my friends / family.

Anyone who knows about IT will know, that my IP address chnages everytime i log on, I can clear cookies or re-master my computer to clear eveyrthing, so please tell me how they are going to link me.

Yeah its not right or ethical, that I get banned and I get round it by breaking Ebays rules, but what you going do? Tell on me?
