went into my local boots yesterday and was shocked as to how little they had, only 1 and a half aisles of sale stuff, last year at 75% they had at least double that! I'm hoping to get loads of bargains in the 75% off sale, its my birthday present stash for the rest of the year! Last year i spent £150 and got millions!!

Watford seems vey low on stock too, unless they've put it away until the sale day. Lots of cover girl sets but only a couple of aisles of other stuff. Hope more will re-appear as I did well last year. I've just checked and I only have one Miss Sixty perfume set left, so although I purchased rather randomly (I'm never organised enough to assign things to specifc people, just grab what looks a nice pressie/great value/a range I use anyway...) I got it almost right.

I noticed that some of the things I bought last week are reduced further , there are no signs stating this but the prices have gone down. I bought two wallets subbeuteo ones at £5.00 they are now £3.75 .

Well Victoria centre has more as it is the bigger store but they had a bit of most things loads of photo albums and gok stuff. Quite a few No7 Gift sets and Natural collection too. I noticed as well they had a pack of 4 ciders for £5 so £2.50 for 4 would be cheap! (if it goes to 75% off)

I'm not sure about other stores but my local boots have a clearance aisle with 75% off with a fair few bits of the 50% sale stuff in including toys, gift sets, make up and mens toiletries, they were labelling them up as I dashed off with lots of toys and some gift sets.

There was loads of the 50% items still in the normal sale so I am wondering if this is their new approach to the sale this year, by adding items to the clearance aisle as the sale goes on?

No 75% stuff in Glasgow stores I looked in today nor any sign (visually & when asking sales staff) of any of the clearance stuff beyond 50% i.e.. soap and glory / toys etc. May have just been to late, of course.

BUT I was very pleased with a purchase I made.....Dolce & Gabbanna Light Blue perfume gift set £30 before Xmas, now £20.42 but I used £10 cash I had as gift and used double points and £2 worth points for £20 spend vouchers, so all in all paid £10 less Boots points (if you follow that). WELL PLEASED...Fav PERFUME
